How to lose some tummy fat

I have always been skinny, but lately i have been gaining some fat on mi tummy not so much to worry about but i have a bf and when he puts his arm around me im consious about mi tummy area is there anyway i can lose about 5 pounds off mi tummy area in about a week or two??? also any info on losing sum weight off mi thighs could help too=]

You can do 60-100 crunches a day or you can do about 40-50 sit ups a day. You can do 1 or the other or you can do both a day!! if you follow this you will be seeing results soon! PS. I am in computer class rite now and I'm really bored HELP!! MY TEACHER IS WEIRD!!! sry
