Putting a tampon in

I have already put a tampon in for my first time. But when I took it out, it hurt really bad. I'm scared to put one in again because I don't want it to hurt. I have to wear tampons because I dance. I'm scared. Help?

Im a 13 and a girl. I told my two guy friends I needed to go an I needed my basketball and they would not give it back. So I tackeled my friend Jim WHo is 15/m. Well He fell onto ice and started to bleed he called me an a*s, and threw my ball up the hill. I put my hand on his shoulder and told him I was sorry. But I feel awful and I dont know what to do.

jobs for a desperate 14 year old

hey, I'm looking for a job or even a volunteering job. I'm in love with animals so anything with animals would be really cool. I always get on Google and type in " animal volunteering jobs for 14 year olds" but usually all i get is "volunteer at your local animal shelter!" But I'm to shy to just ask straight up...and I'm looking for something with a little more work than just handing the real important people tools or just getting them something. Any body got any thing for me?

Itchy nipple problem

i'm 14 years old and my nipples have been itchy for almost a month now, but i didn't really do anything about it because it wasn't horrible. and then today when i took off my bra there was a amber colored stain on the right cup and i guess it came from my nipples. my nipples had been feeling weird and itchy all day, and there's a red lump on my right nipple. what should i do? it would be so embarassing to go to the doctor with my mom.

Okay, I have been sexually active since I was 15. I've been with two different guys, one was 5 inches, and the other is 8 in a half. I have realized that I have never bleed during sex. I don't think I've had my cherry popped, and Im wondering if its something I should be concerned about?

So im finally moving forward from a girl who basically broke my heart. Im talking to anther girl . this weekend that just passed by, i went over too her house and she literally threw herself at me. i didnt do anything just for personal reasons. will i lose some weight?

18/f 5'4" 150 lbs i'm trying to lose 20 lbs. my plan for the past 3 days and weeks to come was breakfast: bowl of special k cereal with skim milk, lunch: either a spinach salad with italian dressing or a turkey, lettuce, green pepper and rach on whole wheat wrap dinner: spaghetti squash or tomatoes w/ chicken and whole wheat rice or i'll have a chicken salad with chickpee beans or stuffed peppers (ground turkey & rice). and also i'll throw in an apple and orange for 2 snacks throughout the day. and my exercise is running 2 miles everyday. I've been doing really good with this goal and was just wondering if you think it'll work and how fast i'd be able to lose the 20 lbs. thanks!

Homemade dinner for first date?

How would you guys feel if someone offered to cook you dinner in their home for a first date? I think it's awesome but some people seem to think it's a bad plan (ie. too forward for a first date). What kind of message does that send?
Granted this would not be with a complete stranger, I can see that could probably be a bit uncomfortable.

I'm a junior in high school (17 years old) and I have an acquaintance who's a guy who I enjoy talking to every once in awhile during school. He's not exactly my guy friend persay, but we like to talk to each other during school. I'm usually the one who starts the conversation, but there are times where he suddenly joins a conversation I'm having with someone else when he's in earshot. He's hilarious and I've sort of developed a crush on him and I'm wondering if it would be possible to take it further by asking him out or something.
Oh, and I usually catch him looking at me sometimes from across a room or hallway, then we both look away fast like, "What just happened?" It's odd.
Any ideas?

I'm not sure what to do here.......2 great guys that I really like and are good friends that I can't live without. Guy A and I can have conversations and we have a lot in common. He makes me laugh and feel really happy whenever I'm around him - he is one of my best friends. Guy B and I can have conversations as well, along with teasing and laughter as well.
The problem I have is that I don't know who to choose, as well as which of them like me. Both of them flirt a little bit with me, but I think they are just messing around. Help?!
