how do you just sit back and relax?

hi guys, i have been very stressed lately and i raelly dont know what about. I guess relationship things, family stress, and school stress. Does anyone have a good way to just sit home and relax? Just to let everything escape from your mind that you havent been able to go a day without thinking about in a few months. To have a completely empty head. I've been thinking so much for the past few months, the things i think about follow me to my dreams when that was the only place i could escape them, and ive had a constant headache for about 2 or 3 weeks. how do i compltely relax my brain, and my body and forget everything just for a day while staying at home? Thank you so much to who ever answers this, it will be highly apperciated!

pulse in my abdomen

Sometimes I can feel a pulse in my abdomen, not hard but just there, (not pregnant) and I thought it was normal until I looked online and saw that it's a symptom of an AAA which I forget how to spell. Anyway it scared the living crap out of me as I fear surgery. Are there other symptoms I should look out for? I know it's more of an elderly thing but I'm paranoid sometimes. Is it normal? Thank you!

My boyfriend and I just got over a huge fight we had today.
It started when my boyfriend texted me. He said he was looking at other girls breasts. I got really upset. He jokes a lot, and I am kinda sensitive, but I have learned to accept his playful attitude. I have been with my boyfriend for about three months now. Of course, my mom doesn't know. Only because my past two relationships have ended badly and she doesn't want me dating because she doesn't want to deal with the breakup depresson I go through. I texted my boyfriend asking him how the bus was, and he said, "It's cool. Looking at other girls breasts. They're pulling them out of their shirts." My sensitive side took over. I instantly got upset. I am a very sensitive person, and he knows it. We've been dating for three months now and I know I shouldn't take his playful attitude so seriously, but he went too far. He knows I am insecure and emotional and easily upset but he says those types of hurtful things that make me want to cry.
In a way I know I should accept his teasing and quirky jokes, but my emotional side takes over me. I told him I don't like how he jokes like that and he needs to stop. I don't know what to do. I'm happy with him and I don't want to lose him because of my paranoid mind. Help?

I'll try not to make this too long, because I hate reading questions that ramble on and on.
My boyfriend and I have been going out for over 9 months. He's my first boyfriend, my first everything basically. We've had fights but nothing too serious, and we've never gone on a break or anything.
But lately it's been too much to handle. We are seniors and obviously graduation is coming soon, which stresses everyone out. My bf is extra stressed because he has to work to pay for prom costs and on top of it his family is moving 4 hours away from here in the summer. Going away to college...

This may be long... I'm 20. My boyfriend is 24. We've dated for about 3 years. He's done the college thing and has graduated. I've been at a local college so we've been able to stay together...but in a few months I'll be going away for my other 2 years of college. We've discussed the fact that it will be best that we break up when I go away. He doesn't want me to miss out on the college experience and being single, and honestly I don't either. But we agreed on staying together until then through the summer.

Alright, sooo I think I might be falling for my best friend. I don't even know it that's how I feel (I never really do) but that's where it seems to be going. The thing is, I promised myself I would try my hardest not to feel that way towards somebody until I'm out of high school (I'm 16, junior in high school).
