While the first two answer are spot on I wish to remind you to also be mindful of the Mann Act. The Mann Act is a Federal Offence as such supersedes State Law.

In short the Mann act has to do with crossing state borders for the purpose of indecent acts. Although you may meet the legal ages in both states for consent. You could still run a foul of the Mann Act if the Federal Attorney for the area want to intercede for some reason.

Dating and sex are two different things. Yes, it is entirely legal for an 18 year old to date a 15 year old. Google your country or state's name followed by "age of consent" and you can figure out the rest.

Having sex with someone under the age of 18 if you are 18 or older is illegal in most states and in some countries. "Dating" is seen as illegal because some people think doing anything with a minor isn't right. However, it depends where you live. Make sure you know your state laws before you pursue anything.

In some states and countries, yes.

In some, no.
