Why do people start rumors?

I mean really? Lately, and before people have started stuff saying my boy friend was cheating, or doing something wrong, when he's not the type..and I'm tired of it.
I want it to stop, because it's making me so paranoid ..and I already worry so much.. I love my boy friend and we've been dating a year and 4 months I'm not ready to let go..
How do you deal with this?

Basically my question is, what would you classify me as?
I was a good girl growing up. Like no intercourse or anything. I was locked down in the house getting grades. Then I hit college or in other words freedom. Boys and liquor got introduced. I started to become sexual as in giving and receiving oral. I believe I am sexual to a point, but I am 19 and still a virgin. Could I have been a victim of sexual abuse?

I am a 33 year old woman who is confused, I have four older siblings who were sexually abused by our grandfather, the closest sibling is six years older than me and when I was six my grandfather died of bowel cancer, he did not have a very prolonged illness maybe 2 years. I am worried that I may have been abused by him as well because of the following:-
1. I distrust men, including family members.
2. I find incest storylines erotic.
3. I have extreme problems with intimacy - hence why I am a 33 year old virgin.
4. I have suffered depression and suicidal attempts from the age of about 7 and as far as I know I had no reason to be unhappy, I was well loved, well fed and housed.

tampons always hurt

ok i have tried everything.. i cannot get tampons to fit comfortably. ive tried angling it differently but it still is super uncomfortable, painful sometimes.
what am i doing wrong? i read the instructions and used google but nothing is helping me. please help. pads gross me out.

OK i have a huge stomach ,I hate it .My mom says if you stand up straight and look down and you dont see your toes you are to big.I have dun it and i see my toes most of my foot.
When my dad was working before he retired he was a health inspector so he used to bring home losts of fruits and vegetables.
I lost loads of weight from not eating junk fod but just the fruits and vegetables.Now that there is no more i just started eatting JUnk food (chocolates and loads of food)and my tummy is gettingbig again:(How do i get rid of it (Im 13/f)

Losing Weight

So i have lost alot of weight ,and suddenly my legs and hands are getting stretch marks and on my hiips.
I use CoCoa butter with a special cream (whitfield's cream)And the stretch marks on my hips are fading but not on my legs and hands and it makes me feel reallly uncomfortable.
I never had stretch marks on my hand or legs until i started losing weight :\
Also on my thighs :(

is there anyway to get rid of these or is it because my legs have to be shaped up because i lost weight,Is there a home remedy/Way to do that?:(

I starting working in a legal firm as an Executive Secretary to a Partner for nine months. On the outset, it was exciting as I am working in a new environment.
As months passed, work scope changes and it is not the same as what I was being told during the interview. Work scope increased and so are responsibilities. I started to think and asked myself if I should look for another job.
In addition, my boss sucks. He is a petty, cautious and with a suspicious mind. Throughout my working experience, I have only met lady bosses who are petty but not man. As such, my work gets tougher.
How do I approach my boss to speak to him about my work scope, without making matters worst?

How can I break free of traditions that my family are holding me to? They will not allow me to get married!?
I am 20 years old and was raised in the U.S, as is my wonderful boyfriend of two years. While my family is of middle-eastern decent, my boyfriend is not. Ok befor I begin I want u to know that I'm not selfish just a little needy! I have been in a serious relationship for some time now, I love him but I sometimes feel like I want more from him. I just got a new Boxer puppy. Shes 3 and a half months old, and she used to live with her two parents and 5 other dogs which she got to play with everyday. So I know it's hard for her to not always have someone to play with. Today, (Sunday) I spent the day with her and she was mostly outside with me or sleeping on my lap inside. The only issue is that my mom doesn't want her walking around inside the house (but when she's not home, I let her) because she can't deal with the puppy peeing and pooping all over. So, sometimes, we put her crate in the garage which is heated (we don't keep cars in there.)She also sleeps in there at night.
