It was then when I realized I had to get my life on track. My mom told me about a quick and fast not diet 'lifestyle' choice you can make. It is proven that young kids lose weight 5 time FASTER than adults. CRAZY I know. You only have to do a few simple things. For one, cut out ALL sugar. Don't eat anything that has more then 7 grams of sugar. Eat things HIGH in fiber. Buy some 'fiber one' cereal, yogurt, bars and whatever else you can get. Second you NEED to exercise even if it is as simple as walking everyday, The more you exercise the faster you get results and the better you feel. This really works. I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Try it. Its all about resisting temptation and sticking to a plan. Goodluck. (: [ Devynmarie348's advice column | Ask Devynmarie348 A Question ]

As long as you exercise regularly and eat healthy meals. [ NoOneImportant's advice column | Ask NoOneImportant A Question ]
