should i change my diet?

i'm a teen girl i eat a lot and i eat food thats bad for me. it taste great and i don't wanna give it up; i'm skinny but i think i could end up fat if i keep eating like this. i tried eating less but i went back to my old way of eating within a few days. should i change my diet?

i'm a teen girl and my ex boyfriend wants to take our son for a week. he barley ever sees our son the last time was a few months ago. he is very unpredictable and when we were together he would get high around our son. i don't want that happening anymore so i said no. he is very pissed off at me and said i was being completely unfair. i don't want him to be sad and i want my son to know him but i don't trust him. what should i do?

Hi,Im Gracie and I have a twin sister (idenical) named Melissa or Lissa for short and I have an older brother name Matt, he's 16 and he's a jerk. Me and Lissa are 13. My mom left us a few months after we were born and Matt was 3 I think. My dad says that mom was real depressed, he said that lots of moms get depressed when they have babies especially if there're young. Mom was 22 when she had me and Lissa and he was 25. So that means Mom was 19 when she had my older brother Matt and dad was 22. I try to ask him more about her but he gets upset so I stopped. Me and Lissa were born 8 weeks early so we had to stay at the hospital longer than most babies, Mom left a couple of months after we got out. Does being depressed make moms leave? What m...

Hi! Im Gracie, my names Melinda but people call me gracie. Im a girl(obviously. Im 13 and I still dnt have my period. My sister Melissa got hers a few months ago and we're identical mirror image twins, were supposed to be,physically,just alike! Most of my friends have theirs too! My dad says that all girls get it sooner or later, but hes a boy so im sure he doesnt kno much about stuff like this. My dads girlfriend katie says that its jus bcause im small for my age but Lissa's small too! I kinda dnt want my period bcuz when Lissa got hers she cried and said it hurt real bad. Im scared. well, i really like a guy, well at least i think i do, because honestly i don't know anymore, i'm so confused. i mean, he's the most amazing, nicest guy i have ever met, and i melt every time i see him smile and naturally smile back.

Ok so my name is Melinda Grace but everyone calls me 'Gracie'and Im 13. Okay well I want to dye my hair but I'm afraid its going to fall out, I dyed it once but the lady didn't know wat she was doin so it came out a lil then I got it done professionally and it didn't really come out so will it come out if I dye my whole head again? I'm african american by the way.. I also heard there are vitamins that help your hair get and stay healthy and strong would it work if I took those & dyed it ..thanks in advance!

switching to new pill or pregnant?

I've been on the pill for 4 months now and my boyfriend aand i just started to have unprotected sex. He never cums inside me but for some reason i'm scared that i may be pregnant.
I got my period ( a light period) while on the 3rd placebo pill and it lasted about 3 days. THEN i just started to take Loestrin 24FE instead of beyaz and i feel gross. I'm so nauseous . i'm on the 9th new pill now. Should i get a test?

so i liked this guy for a while. not a big crush, but he was freakin' amazing.. then my bestfriend started liking him, and eventually they went out. So they jut broke up.. and i'm over him now, and started liking someone else who i've had feelings for, but not exactly liked since i was in first grade. and guess what.. she likes him now! and asked him who he liked.. and he said her and not me. Help! I have a mole invasion at my house! It is going to head toward my pool and if it gets under there My family won't have a pool anymore! My dad is using a mole trap like where it scares the mole to go away and poison to where it digged you know.But this question is dedicated to my family. Two days ago I had a sore throat and I thought that maybe I was getting a cold. The following day, I woke up and I was sneezing had a runny nose, and felt like my head was in a cloud. I am not coughing at all, but my ears hurt and my head hurts too. I've never had allergies before, but when I looked up my symptoms, it seemed to match up with the symptoms of hayfever. Do I have allergies? If so, should I go see a doctor? I took Zyrtec last night but it didn't help whatsoever. I feel terrible :-\ Help!

I need advice on shaving.

I'm sixteen and female. Because I am the age I am and I'm not sexually active that often, I don't shave all the way. It's usually just a trim, and I'm fine with it, but now I am just so grossed out by it. I have shaved with a razor and soap, trimmed it with scissors, but I want to really get it all thin without it being annoying and such. Bikini Wax is out of the picture definitely because I'm kinda broke and I don't think I'm old enough. Is there anything I can do to shave without any pain or expensive procedures?

Hi, I live in South Jersey and every once in a while lately I'll find an ant or two in the kitchen. It's weird because usually if the ants have a reason to come in they all come in, no? Covering A Red Nose

I have this red nose that I cannot get rid of lately. At times it looks flaky or as if its peeling a bit so I use lotion and tried green concealer with foundation on top to hide it. Whenever I try to cover it up the make-up just looks as if its caked on even if I use just a little or a lot. This only happens on my nose. I think the problem could be that I have dry skin and am using the wrong product?? I always look for the moisturized products anyhow, but what do you think? Please Help! Thanks!
