ok so im not exactly the perfect shape and weight Posted Sunday May 6 2007, 2:56 pm
15/f im kinda short compared to my friends. im only 5'2. i kinda like my highth, but my friends constantly tease me because my boyfriend is 5'9. how do i grow a little taller?
i have a little flab. i weigh 127 pounds. i look skinny, but only because of the clothes i wear. when im in a bikina i look nasty. how could i shed a few pounds?
my friends all wear c's and d's in bra sizes. but im only an a. ive seen my boyfriend look at other girls chests and it makes me kind of jealous. im not mad at him or anything because i know i have nothing to look at. how do i grow in the chest area?

Okay i wanna loose like 20lbs.+. How can i do that? What would be a good schedual. I will go to the store and get good diet foods too. I have a tredmil but how long should i run? and how many days out of the week? Please keep im mind i have school and work .

14/f Hi, im a 145 pounds and i have big flabby thighs and i need exercises made for them expecailly the front and back of thighs. I also need exercises that lift my butt. How do you get a flat stomach and not a flab somach? Cuz i need exercises that work my lower abs. And my flabby arms could use help to. Please help me!

ok basically im soo sick of my body. im 5'7 and about 125 pounds. i know thats kinda small, and i pig out trust me i cant really gain weight, but im so like, disproportioned. i basically never drink cokes, so cutting those out of my diet isnt a problem haha. im small 'up top' and my waist is pretty thin, but my hips and my legs are soo flabby. like not even kidding. one of my friends is an inch or two taller than me, and were like basically the same size [im just a tad bigger] and i wear a 7 or 9 in pants while she wears a 0 or a 3. and its just because my thighs and hips. my measurements are roughly 31-33-35.. and its annoying. i have no muscle in my legs.. its all fat, and im dying to get rid of it, but i dont want to ...

Alright, so I really want to get to 120 by next month. I weighed myself in the morning and I was 124. So then I ran & walked for about 4 hours, and when I got back I still weighed 124.
Does it take a while for the pounds to go away? Or did that just do nothing?
Oh & what should I do to lose lovehandles/lower back fat? I've ran at least a mile all this week & done crunches & basic stuff & and yeah, the pounds are shedding, but they seem to just stay there.. :[ I really don't want to go below 120 just so they can be gone.

i usually, besides cheerleading, walk around. like just walk around town and stuff. when i do its like over a mile atleast depending on where i and friends go. will this burn calories

the thing is i'm SO DETERMINED when i go to sleep at night and when i'm full, but if i'm hungry, all of a sudden i lose motivation and decide bingeing on junk food is more important than my goal. how do i stop this? i want to lose this weight so bad.

i lay on my back with my feet up.. looking like an L shape. i bring my legs down to the sides as fas as i can then pull them together, like a v kind of. i do 25 of those and i can feel the pull in my inner thys right by my crotch. will this do me any good if i do 100 a day?

I'm thinking about adding Instant Breakfast into my diet (its that protein drink).
if i added that to my diet plan, i was thinking of eating:
breakfast: instant breakfast w. bannana/apple
snack: Special K bar
lunch: turkey wrap/sandwhich with miracle whip and lettuce. applesauce. carrots. mini-ricecakes.
dinner: usually a Healthy Choice Dinner meal. or a Burger or whatever.
then i was thinking of working out around 4x a week for forty minutes.
what are some fun workouts i can do?
what kind of foods should i add or subtract to my diet to make it healthier? i kind of want to give the Instant breakfast a try.

Is it true if you eat apple it makes your chest bigger?! because A friend of mine says its true and that she ate alot of apples and it worked for her or is she just exaggerating and in time they grew alone? and if it is true is their anythin like that for the Butt? Thankyou loads in advance!

Ok so i guess what i wanna know if if i totaly cut out sweet s and really fatty foods and start working out everyday and what not i mean like working out everyday and drinking lots more water n stuff could i lose 30 pounds and whats the most weight i could lose in one summer and when i say working out everyday i mean for like 5 hours or something i dont mean starving myself or anything but eating really helthy
