Okay i wanna loose like 20lbs.+. How can i do that? What would be a good schedual. I will go to the store and get good diet foods too. I have a tredmil but how long should i run? and how many days out of the week? Please keep im mind i have school and work .

If this was my case i would eat healthy meals for breakfast,lunch and dinner.but as to the tredmil idea,work out after school(when homework is done),on the weekends and when ever i get free time. P.S remember,your body is a temple so don't starve,overheat, or overwork yourself!
