ok basically im soo sick of my body. im 5'7 and about 125 pounds. i know thats kinda small, and i pig out trust me i cant really gain weight, but im so like, disproportioned. i basically never drink cokes, so cutting those out of my diet isnt a problem haha. im small 'up top' and my waist is pretty thin, but my hips and my legs are soo flabby. like not even kidding. one of my friends is an inch or two taller than me, and were like basically the same size [im just a tad bigger] and i wear a 7 or 9 in pants while she wears a 0 or a 3. and its just because my thighs and hips. my measurements are roughly 31-33-35.. and its annoying. i have no muscle in my legs.. its all fat, and im dying to get rid of it, but i dont want to do alot of cardio so i wont lose much weight. i know lunges and squats, but what else can i do? no gym access by the way. oh and how do you get rid of love handles, because mine like hang over the top of my jeans, and i definitely want that to go, but side crunches didnt seem to help much. thanks <3

but seriously! you do not need to lose weight.. you weigh less than me and your taller than me...and my doctor said im at the average weight for my height. [ cutie_pie's advice column | Ask cutie_pie A Question ]
duckyville72 answered Sunday May 6 2007, 2:25 am: RUN!!! really running helps SOOOO much...you burn off the fat by sweating plus all that extra flab thats not fat is unused muscle which will then look good because it is being used. run about 1-2 miles a day for about a month then by month 2 go up to 3-4 miles a day...on a track or straight through. Try not to run too much on concrete, its very bad for your ankles knees and other joints.
your excerisies are good....heres one more. You know when you see those ladies on the ground on their sides, then they slowly lift one leg up about 6-12 inches, then down...then rpeat....on both sides, well try those.....they really help.
