How long..?

Question Posted Saturday May 5 2007, 10:27 pm

Alright, so I really want to get to 120 by next month. I weighed myself in the morning and I was 124. So then I ran & walked for about 4 hours, and when I got back I still weighed 124.

Does it take a while for the pounds to go away? Or did that just do nothing?

Oh & what should I do to lose lovehandles/lower back fat? I've ran at least a mile all this week & done crunches & basic stuff & and yeah, the pounds are shedding, but they seem to just stay there.. :[ I really don't want to go below 120 just so they can be gone.

pounds dont disappear in a few hours, it takes a few days. the 4hour run/walk you did helped, but it's not like magic and the pounds just disappear. if you do at least 30-60 min. of cardio each day (walking is VERY good) youll see results within the week. you wanna lose 5 pounds, if you do 3-60 min of cardio everyday you could lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks. also, try special k twice a day (you can lose 6 pounds in two weeks, i see results on my own body.) hope i helped =]

Exercise builds muscle if you do it properly and muscle weighs more than fat. Still exercise butits mainly about your diet. Eating a salad instead of chips or fruit instead of sugar sweets can reallt put off the pounds. Also...PLENT OF WATER. Stay true to this and trust me...you'll be 120 in no time. I lost 3 pounds in just a couple days by doing this.
Good luck.
Hope that i helped.

since you're already close to small, loosing 4lbs will be harder for someone who weights like, 160lbs.
eat healthier, cut out junkfood. make meals smaller as day goes by.
the workout seems good though.

ok well first of all it's not just gonna go away after one day of working out even if it is only four pounds just eat helthy eat breakfast to boost your metabolism and seriously you dont need to workout for four hours just workout for like an hour a day doing like half hour of cardio and then if you want do a certain exercise that targets a certain spot you want to lose weight in like running or walking for your legs or thighs or doing squats helps your thighs to if you wanna do that

don't run, first of all.
walk, you lose more calories, and i personally think its easier, and i can go farther.

drink 12 glasses of water. which is actually really hard. but, try to. eat breakfast. it will boost up ur metablism. and i bet you'll lose some serious weight pretty quick.
