Ok so i guess what i wanna know if if i totaly cut out sweet s and really fatty foods and start working out everyday and what not i mean like working out everyday and drinking lots more water n stuff could i lose 30 pounds and whats the most weight i could lose in one summer and when i say working out everyday i mean for like 5 hours or something i dont mean starving myself or anything but eating really helthy
lbwhite89 answered Thursday May 3 2007, 7:50 pm: Well I lost 35 lbs in 3 months so it's possible doing it the healthy way. I did it on Atkins without exercising. Now I'm on low-cal to maintain my weight and I work out.
I just wanted to answer this question for one reason. You should NEVER work out for 5 hours in one day. That's plain ridiculous. That's obsessive and you'd probably get the same results on a healthier workout regimen.
