Ok ya know on your lower stomach right before your hit your pubic area (im a guy btw if that helps) how do you losse weight there or tone that? does sit ups do it? what?

Situps tone your upper and lower belly area so you could start doing a few reps each day and build up. A little cardio will help too because it will help you lose fat and gain muscle on your entire body and not just your midsection. Overall, it shouldn't take you that long since guys build muscle much faster than girls do.
