Try not to go to fast food if possible. Cut out really greasy foods from your diet. Make sure to get all 3 dairy and lots of veggies in your diet. Lean meats are really great because they fill you up for a few calories. If you have time, do some running or swimming for good exercise. also- if its possible, wear those pantyhose shaper things. they make your curves not stand out as much if the dress is tight.
