14/f Hi, im a 145 pounds and i have big flabby thighs and i need exercises made for them expecailly the front and back of thighs. I also need exercises that lift my butt. How do you get a flat stomach and not a flab somach? Cuz i need exercises that work my lower abs. And my flabby arms could use help to. Please help me!
It is IMPOSSIBLE to tone or lose weight in only one area of your body, so stop trying the ab workouts and the thigh workouts: nothing is going to happen. Start doing cardio workouts, like jogging and walking long distances. Also, start a low-calorie diet.

It is the ablounger. it really really your abs. i sometimes use it and it worked. for your arms, you can use those strechty rubber bands asso. For thighs, i would recommend bike riding.
