I'm 146lbs, and 5'5.
I'm looking for a way to be 130lbs by the end of the summer.
My Meal Plan will be:
Breakfast-
Oatmeal (low-sugar)
1/2 Bannana, Orange, and Apple with Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt on Top.
Water and a Multivtiamin
Lunch-
Wrap with ToFurkey, Cheese, Lettuce, Cucumbers, and Carrots
Applesauce
Water
Dinner-
Garden Burger w/ Ketchup
Salad
POM Tea

and then i was planning on working out for an hour a day, which would include, running/tredmill for forty minutes, 50 jumping jacks, "core" excersises like crunches, and then Lifting weights.

How fast will i see Results?
Even if I don't loose the...

toe touch and splits

what are some really good ways to strech out my legs..i'm go'n out for the pom team and i need to learn to do a toetouch and the splits in one week..i know it seems unrealistic but i'm a little desperate and i'm willing to work really hard..any streching ideas..or ideas on how to learn to do the splits and a toetouch really REALLY fast w/ out hurting myself?

i'm 5'6" 135 lbs right now... and i'm planning on cutting out junk food from my diet (i've already gone a week on just special k cereal, a turkey sandwich for lunch, and special k, fruit, and turkey for dinner)
how long will it take for me to start seeing progress? and how long to lose 10 lbs, then 20 lbs?

What are the benefits of Extra Raw Virgin Coconut Oil on the body? I've heard it's supposed to be good for you and even helps with weight loss, but I don't see how something that is saturated fat aids with weight loss or is good for you.

k well like if i start to run everyday for like 30 minutes, will like my legs get all muscular,
because someone told me running turns the fat into muscle, or does it burn the fat off then start tog gain muscle, cos i dnt wanna be more muscular so could i like stop after i lose the fat?

&like would running help your whole body.

I have chicken legs..and i really want a way to get rid of them..it doesn't matter if it is slow..as long as its effective..i don't mind..p.s it would help if it was something that could be done anyplace..anytime..if you know what i mean?

if i run everyday will i lose like not weight, cos ik im gaining muscle, but like would my legs get slimmer?

&my stomach and upper arm would lose the fat too.

pleas tell me cos i dnt wanna do something thats not gonna show results.

so whenever i do any crunches, i dont feel anything. i have tried doing like 300 but i still didnt feel anything. my abs are good, but not great, so i want to keep working on them. any tips?

Hi i'm 5'3 (iunno if i did that right, 5 feet, 3 inches) and I weigh 137 lbs.

I want to healthily lose atleast 17 to 22 lbs by either the end of July or summer.

I walk/jog 30 minutes atleast 3 times a week, and am planning to take dance during the summer.

So is it possible? including if i exclude dance.

ok im about 5'6 and weigh about 120 pounds. I really want to lose about 10 pounds or so. Dont tell me i dont need to because its what i want to do. What are some things i can do it achieve my goal? Im trying to get that "perfect swimsuit body" for summer. My thighs are bigger than i want and they touch at the top when i walk. My stomach sticks out more than i want it too also. And my arms have some flab. What can i do to get rid of all the fat i want to loose in those spots? What exercizes and things can i do and how often and how many/how long do i do them? What things should i be eating and drinking. And are there any vitamin pills or anything that i need? I want to do this in a month or sooner.

Weight loss that is safe.

This isn't for me, but someone I'm kinda sorta concerned of.

She weighs about 180lbs, and wants to lose 20 lbs by the end of June (so she can look prettier). IMO, I think it's pretty unhealthy because a lot of people say that it's unhealthy to lose more than 2-3 lbs per week.

And how does she go about losing that weight, by working off 1000 calories on a good day, and 400 each day... atleast 3 times a week. The 400 cals isn't the problem, but the 1000 calories is quite a lot because that's like... half the amount of the calories that someone should intake.

In addition, she checks up on her weight obsessively. Are any of those things unhealthy :|?

And what is a healthy weight to lose by the end of june
