hips and thighs

Is there some exercises or some exercise program (not a really expensive one) that targets by hips and thighs? (and rear)

if you do about 50 lunges a day, you will see results in no time. it will get rid of all the fat and tone the whole area. also running is great for thighs and rear. =]

You can't get a better exercise then doing a bunch of squats and lunges w/ weights. After doing them almost every day for a month straight my thighs butt and my whole upper leg in general are hard as rocks and in the best of shape.
