im already pretty skinny and i have a pretty flat stomach as it is. but do you know how to get rlly nice abs? what are some exercises i could practice at home? thanksss

Hi. Just to add to LoveMeDo's answer, I agree with Pilates as a great way to strengthen your abs. However, if you look it up, try spelling it Pilates.

Pilaties!!
It's a great workout that has many exercised focused soley on abs.
I would suggest the "Pilaties for Dummies" DVD, because it has a beginner and then a more expirenced version.
