what are some really good ways to strech out my legs..i'm go'n out for the pom team and i need to learn to do a toetouch and the splits in one week..i know it seems unrealistic but i'm a little desperate and i'm willing to work really hard..any streching ideas..or ideas on how to learn to do the splits and a toetouch really REALLY fast w/ out hurting myself?
