nothing happens

so whenever i do any crunches, i dont feel anything. i have tried doing like 300 but i still didnt feel anything. my abs are good, but not great, so i want to keep working on them. any tips?

Keep your feet on the ground, keep your hands on your chest. Do your crunches slowly, don't jerk your body up quickly. Try doing crunches like those.

If it's still too easy or you are already doing that, try doing crunches with a 25 lb weight on your chest.
