shoe size? Will it fit?
My mom ordered me a pair of shoes on eBay:

She made a mistake in the size. She bought size 5.5 Womens, even though I am only size 5 womens.
Does that mean that the shoes won't fit? It's been a month since I paid for the shoes to be shipped from the UK and I only realized that I was a size 5 when I tried on a pair of size 5 heels at the store.

They might be a little big on you, or they might fit perfectly. It depends on the shoe. Some shoes fit bigger than they're supposed to [although they're your size] & some might not fit at all.

Anyway, it depends. Not all shoes follow the standard measurements. Notice that when you ask people their shoe sizes, they tend to say "oh I'm a 6 or 7".
It all depends on the cutting and design of the shoe. If it is a slim cut, then maybe you might need a size bigger than 5. If the shoe has a wider opening, then maybe you need a size smaller than 5.
Don't worry bout it. You can always sell it on ebay if those shoes don't fit.
