ok im about 5'6 and weigh about 120 pounds. I really want to lose about 10 pounds or so. Dont tell me i dont need to because its what i want to do. What are some things i can do it achieve my goal? Im trying to get that "perfect swimsuit body" for summer. My thighs are bigger than i want and they touch at the top when i walk. My stomach sticks out more than i want it too also. And my arms have some flab. What can i do to get rid of all the fat i want to loose in those spots? What exercizes and things can i do and how often and how many/how long do i do them? What things should i be eating and drinking. And are there any vitamin pills or anything that i need? I want to do this in a month or sooner.

So what should you do? Well the best thigh and hip workout I know of it pilaties, which you could say is like yoga, excpet for that it's more focused on the legs, hips, thighs and abs. Which, from what you're discribing, sounds like the perfect workout for you. I'd suggest the "Pilaties for Dummies" DVD, because it comes with both a beginning and intermiedate setting. What I love most about pilaties is that I feel really good after doing it, and you see results fairly quickly. As for your arms..I'd suggest push- ups and weight lifting. Make sure that you get a lot of protien (lean meats, fish and peanut butter are great ways of getting it)because it helps you build muscle. You'll be nice and tight, and solid muscle-even at rest- burns calories. So even if it's hard work to get it, it has lasting benifits.
p.s. Sometimes when you are doing workouts like these, you'll actually GAIN weight on the scale, because of the muscle. But that muscle is replacing fat, and to the eye you'll LOOK thinner, but stronger. [ LoveMeDo's advice column | Ask LoveMeDo A Question ]
