im so confused!! so me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 9 months. we have been wanting to step our relationship up a few notches. we have been wanting to have sex, but i have worries and questions. suuch as:
- what does it feel like?
- how much does it hurt?
-do you really bleed after??

Should I drink protein shakes?

I´m 16 years old and I go to the gym three times a week (tops). I´ve been told to drink protein shakes to accelarate the process of gainning muscle. I´m a little afraid of side effects, tough I want to drink them. Also my parents aren´t so open about it and forbid me because they aren´t "natural".
I can buy them without them knowing, though I feel bad for doing something like that behind their backs. I really want to start taking them right away but I dont know what to do !!!!!!

am I pregnant?

I was at least 3 days late for my period. When I got it, it seemed normal. My first sign of flow was heavy. It seemed to lighten up. My period normally lasts 6 days. This cycle wasn't even 48 hours long. Could I be pregnant? or what else could be happening? I am not having what I would think to be any signs. I do not have tender breasts.

Advice on particular dress

The dress from the above link is something a I want to wear to this theatre production. I have tanned skin and dark hair, so I thought the red would be great as it would bring out my features, and also I wanted to pair it up with my black heels and black belt. So the question is, I'm from a conservative family and the dress has a cut out at the back, is there a way I can hide it? Wear a jacket or something? Or wear a singlet underneath? any ideas?
And for my legs,I was thinking of wearing some sheer black tights. But not too see through.
I still want to look elegant and classy, as much as I can. :)

Hole in my chest?

OK so im 15 and female and im having a serious problem. It feels like there is a hole in my chest, not physically though. I mean it feels like somethings missing. I dont understand, and whenever i think about it i feel like im gonna cry. I know im not depressed because i can be a very happy person but its always at the back of my mind. i see people together on the street and it makes it worse. Whether it be a couple, a mother and daughter, or even just friends i get this heart whrenching feeling. I dont get t cuz i have amazing relationships with my parents and friends. Im confused. Whatswrong with me?

I dont fit in!

Well im 15/f and i dont understand but for about a year now something seems to be off about myself. I dont feel like i fit in. And i realize lots of teenagers feel this way but i mean its different. I loved to hang with my friends and to someone else it seems we get along great but when im with them it feels off. Like i dont belong there. I can sense it to that im not quite connect with the others like everyone else is. And its not just my friends either its my family. I love my parents and step dad and sisters but when im with them it just feels like that connect is missing. NO matter who im with i dont feel right with them. It feels off. I only had person that this feeling didnt apply to but that person moved. So i feel all alone now. Wha...

hi, i had sex 2 days ago and since last night I've had these soft cramps i had my period when i was having sex but i just finished it this morning.. the cramps don't hurt they just feel funny. its almost like sharp pain where it comes and goes and last night it almost sounded like water...... I've never been pregnant before and the lot i was in when i had sex, the owner claims its fertile land so i should be careful, I've had unprotected sex for almost 3 years now with the same guy, no condoms or any type of birth control. oh and it kind of makes me feel hungry but when i eat i immediately feel full.. can anyone help?

How do I tell my parents I am pregnant?

Hey
I'm turning 20years next month. Me and my fiance had unprotected sex on the 20th of june, missed my periods took a pregnancy test. Which turned out to be positive. Went to the doctor who confirmed that its true.
Me and my fiance are happy about abt the baby. The only problem is dat I'm still a training nurse and I don't know how to tel my parents. I will be 3months tomorrow.

My exboyfriend and I broke up almost 3 weeks ago. We dated for quite a while and we've been really rocky. But generally when we would break up, he would come back within a few days. Although the time before this time, it took him 3 weeks to come back. The situation has changed quite a bit because now we arent living in the same place and we broke up because we just kept fighting and i couldnt seem to trust him. Now I know that this already sounds like a train wreck and I do know that we aren't meant for each other right now. But the thing is when I broke up with him, i was hysterical and he was saying that he really loved me and wanted to be with me again but we needed our time apart.

Video Chat Between iPhone and HTC EVO 4G

Ok, I am getting the HTC Evo 4G. My 2 best friends and I want to have a video chat because one is away at college and she hasn't seen the other friend since she left so it would be nice to see each other and talk again for all of us. Now, she can only video chat on her mac using skype, Qik comes free with my new phone and on my friend's iphone, he gets facetime. For us to all be able to chat, would we all need to be using the same chat? The friend on the mac would not be able to get any other video browser, I believe. So, if it is possible would my friend and I have to download skype for this to work? Can phones even get skype? I'm so lost, help me out please, haha. Thanks a bunch!!

Hi. So I've been on and off talking with this guy Matt for about a year now. We were on towards the end of school and beginning of summer. Off for summer. And then back on for the beginning of school. He would text me more than he ever had. Ask me to hang out more than he ever had (even though it never really worked out that we could) and he asked me to wear his jersey to his game. He also hugged me whenever he saw me and confided in me about stuff.

Candle wax out of candle.

Last year I guy this candle from Kohls.
It burned really weird, and now the wax is all chunky, blocky, and cut up.
Also because I tried cutting the wax out of it.
Anyway, the candle jar is REALLY beautiful and I would love to keep it as a decoration/to hold things in but I'm unsure of how to get all the wax out completely.
Burning the candle won't work because the wick is burn as low as possible.
Any ideas?

how would I get my hair like this?

my hair is about the same length as Martha Plimpton's, but it's not as wavy. I'd like to make my hair wave like hers after getting side swept bangs (http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/blogs/files/2011/07/martha-plimpton-raising-hope.jpg).
how would I be able to do waves like that in my short hair every day? thank you! :D
