What are some Cardio exercises I can do at home without using a bike I don't have one :(
Also how long should I do this a day and how many times should I do it?

I am having huge cravings! At night it is incredibly hard to control my cravings. I am not fat, but I would like to lose a few pounds and tone up my poochy areas. I don't know how to stand my cravings. If there is a solution to that problem, let me know!

ok yea so basically i have been doing all kinds of stomach exercises for almost a year and nothing i dont have a 4 pack that i have been tryin to get. I can feel it but i cant see it. Is there any other exercises where ill get fast easy results because i have been tryin to get a 4 pack for the longest time and nothin is appearing. its frustrating me

okay im 5'8 and i weigh 150 pounds. i want to lose at least 10 pounds this summer. would it be healthy to lose 10 pounds in 2 months? to have a good body, what should be weight be? please dont tell me 150 is fine because its not for me and i need to lose weight...so yeah. so is 10 pounds a good goal for 2 months?

okay so i've had love handles for years. and a somewhat flabby stomach. i really want to lose my love handles, my waste is so wide, and i look horrible in some bikinis because of my stomach and love handles. ive got 2 months of free time. i want the best way to get rid of love handles. im already eating healthy and i go bike riding every other day for an hour, and the days that i dont im going on my trampolene or swimming. but i just cant lose the love handles, and i really want a flat stomach.

Ok I weigh 135 lbs and I want to lose atleast 10.
I'm 5'3.
Its mostly my stomache that bothers me,
what are really effective exercises that will help that, that I can do at home.
I'm also trying to eat right,
but no matter what I eat in a day, even if its healthy and not huge portions I always gain atleast 2 pounds, and yesterday I only had 1,000 calories.
I'm so confused, help?

hey, i just read a question that asked how many calories are in a pound, and the answer was 3500.
if i ate a fruit that has 30 calories & worked out and burned 3530 calories, does that mean i'll have lost one pound? that's so cool!
also, i have an elliptical. what is the most calorie-burning thing i can do in a short amount of time? it doesn't have into involve the elliptical, & i can't go running right now.

belly fat? apparently im "underweight" because im 5'7 and weigh about 125, and the average is 140 or something like that. but how can i lose weight around my stomach. i know crunches are good, but i want to see results really fast. i know thats probably impossible, but maybe a certain number of crunches, or SOMETHING, a day will help?

ok so in about a week my family reunion is coming up and i'm responsible for creating games for the younger children to play part of the time. They are about 2 - 7 years old. I need game ideas that they can play like on teams for prizes i will have. I already have things like a pinata, an obstacle course, and a water balloon toss.
Can anyone think of any other game ideas that i can use?
