i wanna lose some weight but is walking or running better for that?


plus does anyone know any good palietes? <-- sorry i don't know how to spell haha.

Walking is really good to lose weight. It'll get you started and motivated. Then you can move up to running when you're ready. Get a pedometer if you're going to start walking/running, so you could count your steps and calories. Some watches have pedometers and calorie counters built in.


Winsor Pilates is really good. I use them and some of Self magazines DVDs they have.
