i want a swimsuit body. okay so i've had love handles for years. and a somewhat flabby stomach. i really want to lose my love handles, my waste is so wide, and i look horrible in some bikinis because of my stomach and love handles. ive got 2 months of free time. i want the best way to get rid of love handles. im already eating healthy and i go bike riding every other day for an hour, and the days that i dont im going on my trampolene or swimming. but i just cant lose the love handles, and i really want a flat stomach.

doing some core exercises will really help...they target your abdominal area...there's this work out thing called the bean...it really really works...it will help work all of your core in a really easy work out ]
You should do crunches, that is what will help flatten your stomach...and often gyms have local ab classes and areobics. Also you could buy a workout tape at a store. ]
Try doing about 150 sit ups a day, before you sleep.
While doing the sit ups put both your legs on a couch or a chair.
It intenses the sit up.
