advice
i'm so self-conscious about my body. i'm friends with people who are skinnier then me. i've been working out since march probably 2-3 times a week. and i run like crazy and i do tons of crunches yet i loose no weight. i will admit that i do sometimes eat unhealthy stuff. but i don't all the time. i'm still loosing no weight and i hate feeling like i'm fat. i'm a size 6 in jeans and probably a large in shirts. and i hate my boobs. they're way to big. i'm a 36-d. and in my bathing suit top i'm wearing an x-large for my top. people always tell me that they want my boobs. but really they don't. i hate my boobs and i hate my body...
i'm jealous of all my friends because they're all so skinny.
here are my questions:
1. what can i do to make my self feel more comfortable in my body?
2. what ways can i loose weight and get rid of my love handles.

1. love yourself the way you are, dont compare youself to your friends. Im coming from the opposite end, im super skinny and tall and I HATE my body and wish for one more like yours. No matter what though everyones stuck with there body and has to learn to like it...
2. running and crunches are what I would normally recomend but it seems like you do both...rather else i would suggest going to a gym nearby for a workout plan, and try to eat less carolies.

I am 14 years old, and I weigh 169 pounds. I am short. I am...59 inches tall.
I know i need to lose weight, but I have trouble.
I am busy with 4-H and my birthday in the summer. And the rest of the year, i have school. My 4-H leader is teaching me and a few friends karate, (but shes not very strict.) And i try to work out as much as possible. I also try to give myself time to think, and figure out who i am.
I try to eat as good as possible, i eat a little bit of meat, bread, and i love veggies and fruit. I also eat yogurt as much as possible (the light kind)
And i love cheese, but my dad says its expensive and doesnt get it much.
Anyways, what are some things i can do to lose weight and slim up my belly (get rid of the fat)
in my short amount of free time?

I agree, you have a very good diet planned out, I would also recomend shortening your daily calorie intake to 1500. Also even though you sound busy you should make extra time to go on a run, jog, or walk or simply do crunches. If you have a gym nearby you should get a membership...gyms have setup plans and professionals that can give you work out plans.

My bf and I have been goin out for a little over over a month, and recentaly, this other guy, kenny, hugged me, it wasn't in a i like you kind of way tho, he only hugged me because my friend steph was suppose to buy him lunch, but she didn't have enough money, so I told him I would, and thats why he hugged me, he also has a gf, well my bf say him hug me and I told him it was nothing, but he told his friend (also my freind) derek, and derek told me taht he said that he felt cheated on, and our convo later that night was tense becasue we talked about what happened at lunch, before he left, I told him that I loved him and he didn't say anything back.
We are no longer on the kenny page and have moved on the next day, but then derek told me that he told him that if something like this happened again he would brake up with me cause it hurt him to much. Well, I told my friend Steph that I promised my bf that I wouldn't eat with them anymore because of kenny, becasue I don't want to lose my bf, but i like sitting with her, she is one of my best friends, and lunch is really the on'y time I have to talk to her. What do you think I should do about all of this? I want to keep my bf but I also want to eat lunch with my friends, help...
Oh and I am also 13/f if that helps at all, and don't tell me that I am to young to fall in love because there is no age limit on it.

i think you should try reasoning with him once more and explain to him again that the hug ment nothing, and also tell him that its your only time to spend with your friend...if he still says you cant sit with them then i think its time to break up, i know its hard, but any guy that tries to take you away from your friends doesnt deserve you...just dont let a guy ruin your relationship with your friends trust me, you will end up losing your friends, then once you and your boyfriend break up (im not saying that would be soon) you wouldnt have any friends to go back to. good luck :]

no, those are all sooo cute, although the tin girl and cuddly lion are gonna be really revealing, so you might want to watch out with those because of your dress code...but rather else id say go for it whats the worst that can happen =]
So there is this boy in my class, and he sits next to me. and hes a junior and im a senior. and i kinda knew him, well i knew he was but we never really talked. so one day he made fun of me for getting an answer wrong. No big deal. Then the next day we had a test, and he came in and told me he was going to copy off me. whatever. then after the test we talked about random stuff. lol. then the next day he like kept kicking me, hitting me with his id, then he kept trying to knock my books and stuff off my desk. he kept hitting me arm when i was trying to write. and like when i was trying to pay attention in class he would like say my name but kinda whispery and then if i didnt look at him he would keep doing it. so do you think he likes me? or is he just annoying? lol.

so i really like this guy and i want to makeout with him but i can never find the right moment or be with him alone. I know he likes me (cause he told me) and he know i like him. any suggestions other than the movies we could go and be alone? i need help badly
when your hanging with a big group you can do things such as 'accidently' leaving your sweatshirt in the car and asking him to get it with you, or you can just walk away from the group to sit alone or something, and he will probly follow you...
as for gettin him to make the move, get alone with him, and as you guys are talking, look right into his eyes, also be really touchy-feely it can set the mood...also inch closer to him, if you have to you can just make the first move, grap the back of his head and pull him in (not in an agressive way) and start kissing him

accully, you can arrange the pictures:
you go to 'edit album' then 'organise photots" (its one of the tabs) then you can rearrange by dragging the pictures into the order you want
HOw do i PUt eyeliner on my top lid every time i do it , it ends up in the middle of my eyelid. Any tips.
pull your lid down low, then start applying it across as close as you can, its not too hard, and once you get a hold of it you can just do it without streching your lid down

they sell it at sephora...i have it, but i personaly dont think its AS good as people make it sound, it really doesnt hide imperfections, and the process of putting it on is time consuming....and its pretty expensive for the quanity you get. they now have products just as good at bare minerals at stores like rite aid and wall mart...so my point is you can just get cheap stuff n it will work the same.

to make cheeks look thinner alpy a darker shad to your cheek bones
to make your eyes pop, use brownish/black eyeliner on the upper lid, and white eyeliner on the bottom (trust me, white eyeliner on the inside of your lower lid will definitaly make your eyes pop) also apply black mascara (and i would recomend curling them also) then for eyeshadow us a color that would match your eyes...
someother tips:
-put darker marks on the areas you want to make appear smaller (on my nose i do it on the sides cus it makes my nose look thinner)
-find the right eyeshadow color for you by searching under you eye color, hair color, and skin tone
-add shimmer to the cheeks for a glowing effect
-also lip liner can help make lips look fuller
well this is sorta hard to write about because it hurts a lot. And I'm always worried that people will just tell me that it wil change and stuff. That's really not what I want to hear. I dont mean to sound mean but I'm VERY sensitive about this subject and will make me cry if someone says something rude about it or myself. Sorry im just really emotional about this situation. Well today in school .wow. this is really stupid. But here it goes. today in school my ex best friend who talks to me every once in a while but has switched to a new friend. Now she talks to her new friend Abby all the time and it makes me want to cry. Because I don't understand what happened between us that now she wants another friend and I'm old to her. We used to hang out as much as possible. all the time. now she's hanging out with abby. as stupid as this sounds it makes me cry every time she talks to Abby instead of me. Well anyways Abby had a party today. And of course I wasn't invited but she had a really mean way of saying I couldnt come. She was like no one at my party knows you and you'll be a really left out. and then she said we are not friends anyways. So yeah I went in the bathroom at school and cried for at least 15 mins. I was soo upset and I still dont know why. I mean ok my ex best friend doesnt want anything to do with me anymore. So ill just deal. But that's not where it ends. I just feel like everyone doesnt like me because im me. I'm stupid and ugly. Well people say im beautiful. but girls that are really pretty usually have a million friends. I went through this last year. nobody liked me anymore and they still dont want to hang. I really am lost here. I think i'll lose a lot of weight and then kill myself. I'm over thinking that guys and girls will start liking me. Never gonna happen. even when I'm in 10th grade. Everything wil be the same. guys wont like me and girls wont either.
thats not stupid at all, many people deal with that type of stuff, i did until i started hanging out with new people and becoming more social. you should start introducing yourself to people, and invite people to hang out...also act confident, people can sence confindence and shyness from far away and wont give you a chance if you come up and act really quiet. maybe you could throw your own party and invite people, people wont pass up an oppurtiunity for a party, and it will get your name out.
as for guys just act flirty and confindent, im not implying that you should change your personality or anything, but just make yourself more open.
and i doubt your stupid and ugly, your probly overthinking, or in the mirror seeing your inner emotions...
please dont think of suicide or anything like that, i can assure you school will get better, especailly 11th grade when your considerd an upperclassmen, and also i just thought of something: hang with the upcoming 9th graders, they wont have any grudges agaisnt you and its not wierd to hang out with grades under.

It’s all about my ol bff kut. I live pon and zi and he fought with my other friend on who was my penguin. Talked about my favorite songs. But ive never told him my favorite songs. But its all on my page ive been telling him to get. Then I stayed at my friend’s house for a week and her cousin Jon was gona too but he invited kut and I came out in all out gothic and he left and wouldn’t look or talk to me.hes now afraid of my best friends and I but still talks to me. Then theirs some parties. 1.Airsoft him showing off us running thought the rainstorm got on teams and he said only if I can be on their team. The team I was on. Big flirts then it went to hell he asked me out I said no…2.school concert we played games like red hands but ended up holding both hands lol. Then a lot of our friends sat at one end of the room sitting on top of each other and kut kept lookin over at me umm sitting and laying up on my guy friend and other people us all with 3 ipods singing haha there was 17 people. And then my friend told me I should get off him. okay so it seems like he is really into you, since he gets jealous...and he woulndt forgive you if he didnt like you--he might just be upset cus you hang with other guys and flirt with them, so he might think your not into him...whcih would make him very upset to the point where he doesnt want to talk to you cus he doesnt want to talk to you cus hes afraid of getting hurt, but his heart makes him want to talk to you...

Ok I'm 16 years old. I'm 5'8 and weigh about 133 pounds. I know I may sound incredibly nieve here, but am I at a healthy weight range? My sister and my mom are both overweight, so they think anyone skinnier then them are practically aneroxic and don't really give me an honest answer.

I've been friends with my best friend for basically as long as i can remember. I dont know if its just me, but lately it seems like shes always trying to make me jealous and out do me. Like tonight, I went to the movies with one of my other friends, and put up an away message on aim saying " movies with myfriendsname cell it=]" and then left. And when i got home, her away message was "movies with cutie. then home with cutie" (which is one of her other really good friends) And she just does little things like that. And it REALLY gets on my nerves. How can i like get over this and not let it bother me? We dont have the same friends(we're different ages, different friends) so its not like we can all just do stuff together so she doesnt try to make me jealous. I dont know what to do.
I have a friend like that...the best way is to just ignore it, by her putting the away messege up just means she was trying to get a reaction of jealousy from you. Theres nothing you can do if you want to hang with other people, and i dont think you should say anything about it to her because its not worth getting into a fight over...i would just act like it doesnt bug you, ask her about how the 'movie' was to seem like it doesnt affect you. good luck

brown, apricot, purple, plum, forest green , beige, gold, copper...
also for mascara black always looks good (but not on the lower lid)
and for eyeliner you could do brown...or you could do a funky color that contrasts such as royal blue, or lime green.

...to be honest most ppl that i know when hanging with guys, just end up hanging around n talking, or watching a movie...sometimes we go outside n play soccer or bball for fun.

I would continue to talk to him, if he does ask if you like him, just say you like him as a friend. If you like talking to him, go for it...but if your leading him on by flirting alot, try to hold back on flirting cus that would definatly give him the wrong idea. telling him you dont like him as more might make him upset, but he wont be really mean to you and stop talking to you.
