rainbowcherrie answered Friday August 17 2007, 4:47 pm: Close your eye (keeping the other one opening so you can see what you're doing) and pull it downwards so it is taut. Hold the pencil/brush in the middle of your eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible and draw outwards. When you have done the outer edge, go from the corner and join the lines. If it makes it easier you might want to do more short lines and join them up.
If using liquid liner, it can be helpful to draw a faint pencil line then go back over it with the liquid.
