CRAVINGS! help! I am having huge cravings! At night it is incredibly hard to control my cravings. I am not fat, but I would like to lose a few pounds and tone up my poochy areas. I don't know how to stand my cravings. If there is a solution to that problem, let me know!

I get this a lot too. I always drink water, it fills you up. Or if you're extremely hungry try getting some fruit or veggies, just a few to snack on. They will fill you up without packing on the extra pounds. ]
