I live in a multiple unit house that has shared washer and dryer in the basement. The washer is hooked to one floors electric. The dryer to the 2nd floor. The third floor tenant is paying no cost. How can we split the cost up between floors fairly? Are there meters we can put on the appliances? Rewiring techniques? Appreciate any options to split the cost.

The drugs "I KNOW OF" that she has tried is coke, aderal, and defently weed! Chronic is what she lives for, everyday after school she smokes with her sister. Hi!!! I need your help, Im baby sitting this boy for almost a year now before her mom paying a fare salary but now I kinda don't like the way she pays me, I let her do that twice but now I don't think it's fare for me her mom paying me $5.00 for at least 4 hours, and I think that is so unfair. ucshould tell her that u think u desever a raise. than u should get paid more than $5dollars for 4hours. also tell her that she need to give extra money for her child food or bring him food. because it doesn't seem fair that she paid u so little and u still have to feed her kid u your money. but u seem to be a great babysitter because u care for the child well-being. good luck!! and don't be afraid of asking for what u deserve..

i have these kids i babysit for, and i mean theyre okay and everything, but they dont listen!! i dont know what to do, i even take out my cell phone and pretend to call their moms! theres a 8 year old A.D.H.D. boy, a 4 year old girl, and an infant. i get paid 4$ an hour...does that seem like enough for what i have to deal with?

no it doesn't seem enought for all u have to do. expefely that u take care of a boy with a.d.h.d and two other kids who are very small. u should try to give them time out or talk to the kids mother and tell her they don't lisen. and i think u should ask for a raise. because i babysit and i get pay 6$ an hour. just try to take away things they like and probably they start behaving. good luck!!

out of the kindness of our hearts my husband and I opened the door of our home to my son and his wife. (Just til they get back on their feet) its been 2 years and they are still here!!! My son won't keep a job and is lazy!! He will cook every now and then. Both my husband and I work. my problem is HOW DO I GET THEM OUT OF MY HOUSE?? they have nowhere to go. ITs been 2 years and the daughter-in-law has her first time to wash a dish or sweep a floor. She does not cook or clean.Does only their laundry(I usually have to put it in the dryer-so I can use machine) they pay no rent, nothing on electric(they use a personal electric heater in winter and air conditioner in summer) or water (I pay for city water by the gallon)they eat out a lot and go to the movies all the time...I can't because I can't afford it. so what do I do? how can I tackfully get them to leave? any advise will be appreciated.

This may be kinda long, but I need to ask someone. I just started taking birth control pills 3 weeks ago. I think I may be pregnant but, I havent missed my next scheduled period. Since I just started taking the pill, that messes up my cycle for this month. I have other signs of possibly being pregnant. Being on my pills the nurse told me I should be getting my period around the 13th of this month. My boyfriend and I are very sexually active..in fact every night.
