About a month ago i had really bad strep thoart for the first time in my life. well today i went to the doctors because my throat was burting really bad and i have strep again.
I still have my tonsils But having strep twice i such a short time . Is it a sign that i need to have my tonsils removed? (link)

when i was younger i got strep every few weeks,sometimes sooner than that. It doesnt mean that you need your tonsils taken out. I still have strep throat more often than most people do but i still have my tonsils. They told me when i was younger if i kept getting it like once every few weeks then they might have to take them out but i still have it often and they havent taken them out yet. So...hopefully everything will work out for ya.

this kid keeps horrasing me about somthing he shouldnt be because its nothing funny at all.i actually have an awsome sence of humor.but this isnt funny.he wasnt supposed to find out and its making me mad cuz like we were cool and all but like in phys. ed he will like pull my hair (not mean just so i would look at him)..and like when i walk to my bus he goes "haha you were rapped"(he does this wen i pass his bus and hes looking out of the window)..and i dunno what to do!! ps im not telling any authorities or anything

if i was you i wouldnt try to get anybody to beat him up thats going to make matters worse. But when he says these things to you try your best to hold everything in and ignore him. Bullies love making people mad and if you hold it in and act like its not bothering you then maybe eventually he'll get enough of it and stop.

Im 14 9th grade and im homeschooled. The local high school is having the prom. I feel really left out especially when prom comes around. My mom wants to homeschool me through high school, but I know I dont want to be. My question is can someone help me to make my mom feel more comfortable with going to school? hey...i was homeschooled all year last year,which would have been my first 9th grade year. Well at the school i go to you cant go to prom unless your a junior or senior or unless you was invited by someone in those grades. Our HS is like from 7th grade to 12th too so we have middle school/ high school so yours maybe different. But if you know someone from that school like girls or guys why dont you see if one of them would take you and see how you like it. I did this last year it was the first year i was ever homeschooled and i was in your situation but my boyfriend was a junior so i got to go, but sit down and think about it and make sure you really want to go back to school,if you decide you do then sit your mom down and tell her how bad you want to go to school like the other teens. I noticed that high school is the best years of your life and you need to spend them with your friends. hope i helped!!

Hey im 15/f and i have to get my gall bladder taken out within the next month. Im kind of scared. But i had a couple questions for anybody who thinks that they could "help" me. Okay my first question is do u have to stay over night? Because some of the people i asked said Yes and some said No. Do u have a big scar? Hey...i went through this same thing when i was only 12 years old. My gall bladder totally quit working all together so they had to take mine out immediately. I went home that same day but they did tell me that if i was in pain that i would have to stay over night. When i had mine out they had to cut me 4 different times,once above my bellybutton,2 on my side,and one above my stomach near my chest. They do scar but not that bad...they dont look as bad as you will think. But when they start healing you can get some stuff over the counter that helps scars disappear. You're going to be sore for awhile and all that and not to scare you or anything but now i cant hardly eat anything greasy,spicy,or anything like that. I can hardly even eat cereal now. well you dont need to keep your feelings in. If i was you i would just tell him how i felt...if he still loves you then it will all work out. if yall dont work out then it just wasnt meant to be but either way it will all work out. I know how this is believe me i was in this situation a few months back...its tough but you got to be straight up and honest with him about how you feel. hope i helped!!

i think that u shouldnt change for anybody. Its your choice of who u shoud hang out with but just think about it before you do it. These girls are probably not even good enough for you. but in a few years they should change and get out of that snobby stage in life. i think that you should know your girlfriends past...but remember that this is her past and that shes with you now. The past dont matter now. Just tell her how you feel but talk to her calmly and dont yell or nothing like that and keep in mind it is her past. hope i helped!!

Dont listen to people at your school because its none of their business but maybe you should talk to your mom and sit her down and explain how you feel about this guy. I think you will be totally fine...some girls put one in and forget they have one like all day so...just remember you have one in and change atleast as soon as you get back home!! But if i was you i would take one to school maybe in a purse or something and change it about lunch time or so. hope this helps!!

I dont think you have to be very tall to model for catalogues. Because i have a few friends in modeling now.I also use to be a part of modeling. I took classes for awhile and the friends i have that are in modeling that go to fashion shows are not that tall...i think if you have the confidence to do it and you put your mind to it you can do anything. Honestly i dont think its that big of a deal. It is illegal but if you're comfortable with him and you know he really cares about you then its fine. When i was only 13 years old i dated a guy that was about to be 19. Just make sure hes in it for you and not to use you. Good Luck!!

Hi...i got mine done when i was about 10 and it didnt hurt a bit...well it got infected so i just got it done again a few months back...and to be honest my aunt did it with a home ear piercing kit and i just knew it was going to hurt but honestly it doesnt hurt that bad. It stings alittle but thats about it. Now it does hurt if you get it done in the ear you sleep on so be careful and good luck!!

Ok, so me and this guy were going out, and I mean everything seemed pretty good. We both loved each other, or at least I thought he loved me. But then we broke up, because he said that it felt weird, and that our love felt like we shouldnt be together now, but in the future. And he told me that he was raelly messed up in the head about this whole thing, as was I. So we broke up, and we hadnt talked for a few days, then I find out he already has a g/f and he's already had relationships with her before. So, I've been having a difficlut time letting go of him, because I really do love him, and I want him. But EVERYTHING, and I mean everything reminds me of him. And so its sorta difficult to let go, when everything reminds me of him. So what do you guys think I should do? Because right now, I am real confused about if I should let go, or just wait for him? And what are some good ways to let go of him? Like how am I supposed to do it, cus I've tried alot of ways, maybe I'm trying to let go to fast...Thanks for any help, I'll rate 5's for all answers.

Aw. I've had this happen to me before a few times. Actually im going through that right now. I went with this guy for a few months and we broke up and we went to the same school and everything and everything was good i had finally left my ex boyfriend alone and when we broke up he went with this girl from school and come to find out he had been over her house a few times before. It still hurts and probably always will so what you should do is try to move on. You need to let him be happy but in the process you need to be happy to. Good Luck!!

so, a random question bout sex. i was just wondering, since statistics show that the average teen loses their virginity by the age of 17. well.. is it possible to have sex (when the guy uses a condom) and NOT get pregnant? cuz like, other teens have done it and they havent got pregnant riight? but what im scared of is that my sister had an unplanned pregnancy and she already had a baby. she said she used a condom and i guessed it broke.

yes alot of condoms break on a guy. I know my cousin that now lives with me had an unwanted pregnancy at the age of 17. The guy she slpet with said he used a condom. Well she lost the baby because she didnt know she was pregnant and she miss carried. Well when we was about 19 i believe she had my little cousin Paul and they say they used a condom and it broke. So yea alot of times the condom does break and yes u can get pregnant even if a guy uses a condom.
