If you're the only girl in a house of men, you ought to learn that you have more control then you think. Straight up tell your dad, "I got my period for the first time and I need to go to the store"...if you don't act embarrassed then he won't be either. He'll be so relieved that you know what's going on and don't need a "talk" from him. If you have body questions, ask an adult female family friend, or the school nurse (or me for that matter). If your brothers find out, so what? In all honesty, they are probably scared of you, just act confident. [ Tulipg17's advice column | Ask Tulipg17 A Question ]

If you have a grandma or aunt living close by they may be able to help you tell him if you think it will be to embarrassing for you.
You also really do need your own space. I realize it may not be affordable though for your family. BUT, if you have one bedroom that is bigger than the other, maybe you could suggest a set of bunk beds and one single bed in the larger room for all the boys.
If you have a good sized garage, a room could be made for you there also. Even if it was small at least you would have your own space.
