what is the sexiest thing a girl can wear without looking REALLY slutty?
I ask a guy friend & he said "low cut shirts & tight jeans" but remember evey guy is different.
I wear a bra size 30A and I wear it on the very first hook and it makes marks right under my breasts, does this mean that I need a bigger size bra? Or is that normal..? If I don't need a bigger size, when do I know I need a bigger size? Please and thanks for answering these questions.
It sounds like your bra is to small. Try a 32A instead of a 30A. Also, you know you are ready for a new size when : it starts to leave red marks & the bra is unable to be ajusted. If you hang out of the bottom of the bra or the sides and/or top to much. If it becomes uncomfortable. Even if you're not really sure if you need a bigger one, you could always try on say a 32B and if it fits better then the 32A then that should be a big hint that you're ready for a bigger one. Okay, a few questions here about tanning. If you go to a tanning PLACE.. then.. okay.. lol here:

I have a pair, and I love them. I find them comfortable & yes to get on & off. I also have the light tan color.. If you like them and want to buy them go for it :) Some people think they are ugly, others don't. They are still popular at my school. You like them, go for it :)
Do they have Converse at wal*mart?
I'v never seen real ones, but I saw [knock-off] ones before. Not too sure they still have them there, but it never hurts to check :)

14/girl and I have flat hair. GRRRR! I do not want to change shamppoo. Does anyone know how I can increase my hair volume without buying another shampoo? I use Sunsilk for volume, but it gives me static instead. HELP!
I have the same problem, I tired sunsilk too, but it just gave me static also. So I switched to [ Garnier Fructis Style : XXL volume thickening mousse ]. It give me no static & gives my super falt hair, lots of volume. Try that it should help alot. :)

how hard is it to dye your hair black by yourself and are there any tips or brands that anyone could recommend?
I just dyed my hair black :)
I used whatever was on sale [bargen shopper if you will] haha. If you have dyed your hair before, use whatever brand you are most fond of.
Only things I recommend is put a towel over your sholders & wear an old shirt. Read the instrucions before you start and make sure you uderstand what to do. Take your time to. People tend to rush when they get excited. Make sure you are taking your time and getting all the parts of your hair covered. When you're all done, make sure the water runs clear. If not, keep washing your hair out until it runs clear.
The next to times you wash your hair the shampoo will have a purpleish tent too it, its normal.. and it will stop after the like first 2 washes

Why are guys turned on by not wearing underwear? I once told this guy I was, and he was like running out of breath ;]. haha but seriously, what's so great about not wearing underwear?
Basicly they think of it as [easy access]. Not all guys are turned on by it, most but not all :) They just like the idea of girls with out underpants on & how much easier it would be for them.

Carmex and/or vasiline [spelling?] You could always try medicated chapstick vs. the non-medicated chapstick.

Teens can wear them. They are good for girls who are a little unconfortable in bikinis. They will still look cool in a tankinis as they would in a bikinis They are harder to find in cute patterns as other columnists have said. I would wear one deffentally :)

Being prep isnt just about clothes, its a personality thing. You shouldn't change your personality, but your choice :)
Be in a way [up beat], outgoing, nice, do your makeup everyday & your hair. Dress in cute clothes [abercombie / hollister] & try and stay with the trends.

Shirts shrink more in the dryer not the washer. To stop this, hang your shirt to dry that way it doesnt shrink.

Getting your hair thinned is when, someone has to much hair, the hair stylist will remove some of it, to make the hair easier to work with and much thinner.
Some stylist do it different ways. Some take a razor, and go towards the middle of your hair, and remove it from there.. and some just use sissors and cut away some extra.
Im not totally sure if its good for your hair, but I don't see why it wouldnt be. Your head wouldnt have so much dead weight hanging down.
