everytime i get my period for the first 2 days i always get really bad cramps. my cramps bother me so much that i never want to hang out with my friends and sometimes it even hurts so much i don't even want to go to school. does anyone know how to get rid of these annoying cramps? thanks.

When my hair was super frizzy i ask my hair cut lady said I was probably straightenin my hair alittle to hard. If you straighten your hair hard try lighten up alittle.. Hope I helped

the best thing to do is take medicine for it.. caffine makes cramps worse.. so try not to get so much caffine

truthfully, yeah in always pop my zits or squeeze black heads, who doesnt. well my nose is really dry now and the skin is pealing, part of it pealed so much its beat red and so dry and very bumpy? i dont know how it happened or wut to do

-You can go swimming with them on
-You can't feel them
you use them when your on your period.. but I recommend not wearing them at night if you have a heavy flow

What do split ends have to do with how fast your hair grows? It doesn't make sense. I know that when you get your hair trimmed it helps it grow faster because it gets rid of the split ends. I know that. I just don't understand why. Hair grows from the other end, so split ends shouldn't affect how fast it grows, right? Somebody please explain this to me it's been bothering me for years. Thanks.
Cutting off your splits end don't hope make yoru hair grow faster.. It just makes it more healhier

I got stretch marks and I use Cocoa butter and yeah it does help it fade =)

You might not get a shot but the last time I got a shot in my mouth i thought they were pinching my cheek alittle bit. it don't really hurt so you should be ok.
