ok. well...if you're moms willing, have her do it for you. haha since not all mothers are willing for this, there are directions on tampax boxes of how to insert. and after you read those...my doctor always tell me to aim for the arch of my back. i know weird...but you'll have to try it.

This may gross you out, but my mom put mine in the first time. If your mom's not up for this, put the tampon at a downward angle and slide it down your underside untill you find an opening. That works for me.

Read the instructions on the box..maybe you need to buy the slim ones those are easier to put in..♥

I would say the easiest way to do it is follow the pictures that come in the box! i know i use tampax slims or whatever (slims are easier to put in for beginners) and it comes with colored picture instructions and it made it much easier for me!
