ik a lot of peopelask, but does anyone know a good easy way to lsoe weight, i really need =( ill rate high♥

to lose a few ponds try::
-crunches
-pilotes
lay on your back and with your hands by your sides lift your head up just so you can see your stomach and lift you legs just above the floor by like a foot and count to 100
-sit ups
-leg lifts
lay on your back and just lift you legs up and down and try to hold it
-bicycle crunch
lay on your back and then prop you upper body up and lean on your elbows and lift your legs up a little from the floor then bring one knee in and then the other keep doing this slowly and you*ll feel it in you abs
-run for like 30 minutes each day non stop
also try seeing if you can get an excersise ball or the ab roller which can get mostly anywhere
do each thing a little more each day and you should see results by labor day weekend
also try eating a bit healthier::
-instead of eating junk food try eating fruit or vegetables instead
-cut you meals in half so you have 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals...it will help you get a higher metabolism which makes it easier to lose weight
-avoid snacks...only eat when you are hungry

I've started school and now it seems like i don't have the time to exercise except wwhen i go to yoga on tuesday nights. Is there anyway i can make time to do my school work, AND exercise? Thanks in advance!

i have the same problem with skating..school always seems to get in the way lol try making a schedule so you can do your school work like right after school and work out a little later in the day or the other way around might work out a bit better for you

Hi i am 13 and im really short for my age and i weigh 90 or so pounds. i wanted to know if any one knew any excercise routines with out lifiting weights(cause i don't have any)If you know any excercise routines(pushups...)that will help me loose weight in a short amount of timethat would be great!!

Ok i'm ahving a swimming party for my b-day and i might invite some guys and i kinda ahve a pooch and the guy i like might coem and i was wondering how i get a flat stomcah in about 1-2 weeks.i have volleyball practice in the mornings at 6 30 so we run there and when i get home i'm really tired so no like real powerful stuff.i rate high

hey, im 4'11 and im 104 pounds. i think im fat, but all my friends say im really skinny. ive got some blubber on my stomach and my thight are huge. can sombody tell what might help with my stomach and my thighs, or is that a good weight for someone my height. thanks sooo much. i rate too

i looked at this website http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/calc-bmi.htm and it says that you are normal which is good but if you want to lose some stomach then try these
-crunches
-sit ups
-leg lifts
-pilotes
-theres something called an ab roller and it works pretty well you can get it like anywhere for $10
-theres also and excersise ball that works really well

Okay, I am 5'7"-ish and around 120 pounds. Sometimes I think I could use a bit of toning up. Well. it's mainly my stomach and sides. I know how to tone my stomach but the problem is I can't get my sides to tone. See, I have wide hips in my opinion and they have a bit of fat on them. I could probably fit into a size 3 instead of 5 if I could just tone my sides. Does anyone have any exersises that will give me a smaller waist and hips? Thanks!

to loose fat on the sides try doing crunches with your knees down on one side and then the other without stopping also try leg lifts one foot at a time with out putting you foot down

if you wanna loose waight fast
-start doing laps in the pool [have races w/ friends for fun etc]
-never just be sitting still always be active
-when your watching tv do crunches pushups stretches planks
-eat as healthy as possible by avoiding junk food
-substitute foods like an apple in stead of a cookie [etc etc]
-try getting into a sport [i figure skate so that helps me stay in shape]
