babiibananax3 answered Thursday August 18 2005, 5:22 pm: i looked at this website [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and it says that you are normal which is good but if you want to lose some stomach then try these
-crunches
-sit ups
-leg lifts
-pilotes
-theres something called an ab roller and it works pretty well you can get it like anywhere for $10
-theres also and excersise ball that works really well
good luck!!*

willyoucatchme answered Wednesday August 17 2005, 11:38 pm: That is a great weight for someone your height. But your not alone, most girls feel insecure about their weight. If you really wanna do something about it though...you could always try sit-ups to make your stomach look firmer.
ScratchesOnTheWall answered Wednesday August 17 2005, 4:30 pm: Honey you are LUCKY. That's at the lower end of the healthy weight for your height. I assume you're already eating sensibly- i.e three meals a day with fruit, veg, protein, carbs etc in which case good for you.
Everyone feels bad about their body at times but trust me, when you look back in 50 years at photos of yourself you'll wonder why you didn't enjoy being so slim, young and beautiful- so DO!
MissMarie answered Wednesday August 17 2005, 1:57 pm: Your 104 pounds! Your not fat at all I think what your problem is is that you have insecurity issues.I'm not trying to be rude or anything but I'm giving you a straight answer. And no one wants to here there friend complain that there fat all the time when there not! To be honest it's annoying. Your not fat and I truely think that you know that and that you might just be looking for some attention which is a totally normal thing. Don't think I'm being mean because I promise I'm not it's just I used to have a friend that sound just like you and i can't stand to be around her anymore because she's always putting her self down and it's just retarded. I'm sorry if this hurts you or whatever it's just that I know where your friends are coming from know what I mean? [ MissMarie's advice column | Ask MissMarie A Question ]

sbloemeke answered Wednesday August 17 2005, 12:35 pm: A girl at 4'11 should generally be around 90-110, so yes, you're fine. If you want to lose some weight, just exercise more. It has less risk of anorexia, and you still can eat what you want. Add a mile to your jog, another 20 laps to your swim. And lose the weight slowly. 1-2 pounds a month, tops. Though it's not really a weight issue. But exercising will change the fat to muscle. [ sbloemeke's advice column | Ask sbloemeke A Question ]
Christeena answered Wednesday August 17 2005, 12:22 pm: Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 21, which is healthy. The healthy range is from 18.5 to 24.9. If you would like to get rid of the extra fat in your stomach and thighs trying crunches and running. Your could also try cutting down on the sweet stuff if you eat any of it. jbdreamer answered Wednesday August 17 2005, 12:20 pm: You are not fat. You just need to excercise and tone your body. Turn the "blubber" you have into muscle. Take advantage of your school gym and start weight lifting. Go on bike rides and do stair excercises for your thighs. Sit-ups for your stomach. Look online for excercises for specific parts of your body you want to tone. [ jbdreamer's advice column | Ask jbdreamer A Question ]
