Okay, I am 5'7"-ish and around 120 pounds. Sometimes I think I could use a bit of toning up. Well. it's mainly my stomach and sides. I know how to tone my stomach but the problem is I can't get my sides to tone. See, I have wide hips in my opinion and they have a bit of fat on them. I could probably fit into a size 3 instead of 5 if I could just tone my sides. Does anyone have any exersises that will give me a smaller waist and hips? Thanks!

xo_jenna_respects_ox answered Tuesday August 16 2005, 1:05 am: I think what you have is love handles, everyone has them. Just stretch your arms up into the air, lean to the side, hold it for 10 seconds on each side. Try to do it every day, that should help. Hope i helped.
