Help... I really need to lose 20 lbs fast if anyone can tell me some ways please i will appreciate it

if you wanna loose waight fast
-start doing laps in the pool [have races w/ friends for fun etc]
-never just be sitting still always be active
-when your watching tv do crunches pushups stretches planks
-eat as healthy as possible by avoiding junk food
-substitute foods like an apple in stead of a cookie [etc etc]
-try getting into a sport [i figure skate so that helps me stay in shape]

drink water cuz theirs not to many ways to lose that weight fasat so id drink water no fat foods and go for walks and jobs daily. ]
it might take you a while to lose 20 pounds cause thats a lot. but try the simple normal stuff such as sit ups, push ups, crunches, wall stretches, running/jogging/walking, walk your dog everyday, and little stuff like that. good luck! ]
Losing weight fast isn't healthy. I would aim for 2 pounds a week. With that said...
Drinking lots of water (When you've had enough, drink more) will help flush the water weight from your body. Water rich foods such as tomato, cucumber and celery will all help too.
Try cutting the pasta and bread out of your diet. If you must have them, switch to healthier options like wheat bread or specialty pastas.
Eating a high protein (chicken, turkey, lean cuts of meat) diet will also help you get the weight off.
Exercise is also needed. Try to build some muscle. Even though it weighs more than fat, muscle is a powerful fat-burner. Try varying your exercises to make sure you're getting an all over workout. If you need special attention to a certain area, try workouts for that.

We'll staRt out with the obvious: exeRcises. A few good activities that can simply assist in poRpoRtioning the body in it's ENTIRTY would be anything that gets the blood ciRculation goin', such as jogging, jumping jacks, jumping Rope, and walking, and bicycle walking. Also, 'tis the season of wateR aeRobics, and they will woRk like a CHARM!!
And if you'd like to taRget youR tummie specifically, tRy doing a couple hundRed sit ups oR cRunches. I know, I know, I know.. 'a couple hundRed' is A LOT, but if you bReak it up into sessions, it's not that difficult, tRust me. I'm the Queen of lazy fuckeRs, so if I can do this, YOU can do this! :P
Also, pRoviding you cut out the EXTREMELY unhealthy foods, such as WHITE bRead [substitute it with wheat], cake pRoducts, ice cReam, hambuRgeRs, and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a MAJOR diffeRence the fiRst two weeks, ALONE. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell!

As you pRobably alReady know, it's best to eat SEVERAL SMALL poRtions a day. Say, have an apple and a piece of cheese, two houRs lateR have a few cRakeRs, and an houR lateR have one piece of wheat toast, and so on and so foRth, ya know??? Little intakes of food like that givs youR body time to digest it pRopeRly. You see how that's betteR than eating one oR two huge meals a day... because it takes too long to catch up, and it can not buRn the caloRies quick enough, and then just quits, adding body fat.
But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible.

first dont go anorexic it aint awesome nor fun and dont go bulimic you will get fatter in the end...you gotta watch everything you eat....eat healthy junk (oxymoron hehe)and you can exersise too... ]

jog, watch wat you eat, leg lifts, push ups, and sit ups. ]
