naimee answered Sunday September 11 2005, 9:51 am: Blahh, I love answering questions like this!
I'm in the process of losing weight, so this is what I do & it pretty much seems to be working:
* Drink loads of water, no soda or anything, just water!!
* Exercise regularly. If your not used to it, then start out easy by taking a walk, or maybe jogging? It might be hard at first, but you need to find out where your boundaries are, and where you can possibly exercise to.
* Eat regular portions. I know "regular" portions, whats that, huh? It's just don't eat until your full, it takes your brain 15 minutes to realize that your full [fact], eat slower, then what you usually would do.
* Make sure you eat a breakfast, lunch, & dinner. If you skip a meal, then you'll eat a lot more then what you would if you wouldn't have skipped that ONE meal.
* Don't stop eating and don't throw up. That's definitely not where you want to be. It can put you in a serious deadly situation.
* Stop snacking, as hard as it maybe just stop. Maybe you could just try cutting down? If you eat like 3 snacks a day, then cut it down to 1 or 2. Replace a bag of chips with an apple or some type of fruit. Treat your self with a bag of chips or a soda once a week. Or when your just starting off one bag of chips or one soda a day. I wouldn't suggest that though, because eating that everyday wouldn't be too healthy. =(
Like the person said first, sit ups are the things to do for your stomach. When you should stop is when it starts hurting, just push yourself more & more.
Running, walking, jogging, riding a bike, & dancing are ways you can lose weight too!

lay on your back and then prop you upper body up and lean on your elbows and lift your legs up a little from the floor then bring one knee in and then the other keep doing this slowly and you*ll feel it in you abs
-run for like 30 minutes each day non stop
also try seeing if you can get an excersise ball or the ab roller which can get mostly anywhere
do each thing a little more each day and you should see results by labor day weekend
also try eating a bit healthier::
-instead of eating junk food try eating fruit or vegetables instead
-cut you meals in half so you have 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals...it will help you get a higher metabolism which makes it easier to lose weight
-avoid snacks...only eat when you are hungry

Skipping meals is unhealthy. Its better to have 5 small meals then 3 heavy meals. And by the way, canned food have bad things in them so try not eating to much of that.
As for you exercise at home, I suggest you do about 100 situps a day, thats for the stomach. As you said, do squas for your thighs. For legs, go running at your gym for about 10 minutes and gradually increasing the time week by week. If you can't go to a gym, run outisde. Lift wieghts for your arm muscle
I suggest you don't do crunches after you eat because it feels really bad. DO all of them at a different part of the day, but before any meals.
