if you run it will help a little. also you can do about 200 crunches before you go to bed each night eventually you will see a change, also its not all about exercise you're going to need to cut down on the fating foods, i'm not saying go anerexic but instead of eating a bag of chips why not eat like carrots or something.

hope i helped

Running will help you lose the excess fat but it will not tone your stomach. Try doing cardio, like running, as well and crunches, leglifts and things that focus on you stomach. You can try using a home workout video the tagets the stomach, i've heard thst those can work pretty well. hope i gave some good ideas! <3

Eh, it not might go away in only 3 weeks, but it probably will a little. Do tons of crunches, like 50 at once, then take a 30 minute brake and do 50 more. Running will probably help a bit. Eat veggies and fruits. Good Luck!

YOu have to work hard and do a ton of crunches, sit ups, leg ups, and running...running helps

Yes, running will help, but there is no such thing as losing weight quick and easy. It takes work and disiapline. Eat right, watch your calorie intake, and EXCERCISE! As well as running, sit-ups would be a great excercise for you to tighten up your tummy.
