running will keep u in shape but it won't really help ur stomach doing curl-ups or sit-ups will help trust me iam in shape cause of that

ok i love this guy. no seriously i do. i dream about being with him practically every night & he's like perfect for me. he's funny, smart, and cute. he's hilarious and cracks me up all the time. but we're not really friends. and right now he has a girlfriend. everyone suspected i liked him but i wouldn't admit it...but no offense but it was soooo obvious i did, i bet even he knew about it. but he asked out this girl anyway. there was a time i thought he might've liked me too because he flirted a lot & all with me. but i flirted back...did i mess up somehow??? i'm crazy for him and i don't know how i'm going to go back to school & see him with that girl. i love him so much i just don't know what to do anymore. i can't move on, i've tried so many times. nobody can be as funny as him...i love guys that can make me laugh. omg please help, i just don't know what to do anymore./ (link)

I got less than a week before tryouts. How do I let my team-mates know that I'm not doing my sports in the fall season. I don't want to get made fun of or yelled at or anything by them. Is there anything I can do other than just not showing up. Everyone keeps asking me to go and work out with them, but I always come up with excuses. What should I do

I just moved here from a different state & I'm starting school on Monday next week. I'm extremely nervous, I've never moved schools before & I'm 15. Pretty much, my question is: At lunch, I'll probably be sitting by myself. Does anyone have any suggestions on some things I could do to interest me, while sitting at lunch by myself. I don't want to look stupid and just sit there and stare around at people. I want to be able to do something. I'm not going up to people and asking them to sit with them because, I'm not that type of person. Thanks for your help. (link)

Okay! Im 13 and have the oddest fear. I go to bed at like 1 30 AM and than ill go to the bathroom at like 2 and ill go to the bathroom and than go to leave but ill be too scared. So ill end up sleeping in the bathtub!! Its cuz im afraid someones in the house but no one ever is. Is there a way to get over the fear? (link)

I'm turning 16 and I am getting a car for my birthday. My dad wants me to get a new car, but I'm not so sure because I've heard that a new car loses a certain amount of value right as you drive it off the lot. I want a Jetta, and so what would be better: a new one, or one that is 1 or 2 years old? (link)

practice in front of a mirror or have a friend help you of not being so shy then just go up to the guy and say hi and you have a date but make sure the guy is single by having people help u.

There is a little space in between my AC and the window frame I didn't notice until recently... I think spiders got in through there and hatched baby spiders in here. In the past 3 days I've killed about 9 spiders and they all look the same. Is there some kind of spray or something I can buy to spray in my room to kill these spiders? I've found out I'm scared of spiders so I can't handle killing them every night until they're all gone, I need something to kill them NOW. I know they make can of spray to set off to kill fleas and stuff, but do they make something like that to kill spiders? (link)

my daughter(19) has a abusive boyfriend (16).
He is at this point only verbally abusive, but i fear it could turn physical . Tonight they went out with her brother (who is twice the boyfriends size) and her cousin and friends. My son came home very angry telling me how this boy was rude, mean , and hateful to his sister. My daughter begged her brother not to say or do anything. His comment(my sons) to me and my husband was "If the boy behaved this way in front or her 6' 5" 230 lb brother, how did he treat her when they were alone? " This is a great point and scarey thought. My husband is ready to step in . What should we do? I discussed this with her and she admitted he is verbally abusive. I am afraid it will turn into physical abuse. Remember she is 19. She is of age to do what she wants, but has never exercised (or even spoke) of that right. She has always been a good easy child. How can we get her away from this boy? Should we demand she not see him. I have a parental gut feeling he could hurt her. We are also friends of his parents . They are very nice people who would never think their son did any wrong.
My husband wants to talk to them and
end it. What should we do? HELP!!!!!
the relationship is 9 months old and I am positive they are not sexually active. If it turns into a sexual relationship, it could REALLY get bad, and since they are both virgins he will never want to let her go. We Must Act Now! (link)
