7 months ago i moved to maine. from florida well i left my ex down there and i really love him and he loves me just not as much as i love him. well im 17 and ill be 18 in october. over the summer i plan on going to florida to visit. well i really don't want to come back i hate it here so much. i have like 5 friends and it just sucks.
i dont have alot of money to live on my own with but i have tons of family and friends or even my ex that i could move in with.
I'm wondering if i should just drop the idea or try n talk to my parents about it.
just so you know my ex and i are not together because i cannot do long distance relationships. But i do love him.

Before you abandon your life in Maine, you should really make sure that when you go there, you'll be financially secure and whatnot. If you're moving down there, you need a backup plan down there.
Like, if you move in with your ex, but for some reason need to move out, you should know before you even go if you have DEFINITE backup, because I've had friends who thought their family would let them stay with them but didn't in similar situations.
