As for my crappy advice: it is crappy. If you listen to anything I suggest you will most probably find yourself running through town naked, or something equally hilarious, because I am a sadist.

what is a good picture editting that i can downlaod to my computer for free. i know where i can get it download.com but what is a good program. thanks so much
For simple editing (resizing, effects, etc.) I use FastStone Image Viewer.
For more complex projects, I use Photoshop, but that costs money. It's free alternative, that many say is even better than it, is called The GIMP.
