Hey there! How do you become less addicted to the computer and the internet! Hehe, its really weird because even when I have so much things to do, I still find myself on the computer and wasting time. What to do?
You can't really force yourself away from the computer to another thing unless you absolutely cannot use the computer.
Meaning, you'll probably need to unplug it. That what several of my friends did during the school year to let them concentrate, or do something else.
