I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.

In my AP Biology class we were discussing diseases and viruses.
And we started talking about bulimia,
if it is a mental disease, is it contagious?
I know you cant like cough and catch it.
But can you "catch" it?

Mental disorders are not viruses, so no, they're not contagious. You cannot catch OCD or Bulimia just because someone else has it.

When i was 11 my boyfriend and i broke up. He wanted to have sex but i said no so he ripped my pannies and shoved his "stuff" in. when he did that he took my virginty. Yeah, when you were 11, you were raped. However, I'd imagine it would decrease your desire for sex because most girls go through depression after something like that, and they usually have bad body-image issues after that. BUT, no girl is the same & I guess everyone who gets raped will be affected differently.

To tell you the truth, your sister is right. You need to stop having sex. You're WAY too young to be doing that. Sex is a big step in life that shouldn't be taken as lightly as you're taking it. It'll probably fuck you over, but don't you think you deserve it for the way you've been living your life? Stop having sex. Get checked for STD's/AIDS, get a pregnancy test & ditch the dude. And don't fight that chick, no guy is worth it.

I don't think you're allowed to.

I'm pretty sure you can't give blood if you're:

- Gay/bi-sexual.
- Freshly tatted up.
- AIDs infected.

It all depends though. I know that when the blood drive comes to my school, the gay students cannot give blood.

My boyfriend and I are thinking about having sex. But before I act on this thought, I want to hear some personal experiences. Have you ever had sex? if the answer is no, then why haven't you? Is it because of religion, personal beliefs, morals, etc? But if you have, then What happened? Why did you decide to participate in sex? Do you regret it? I'm asking these questions because I want to know what everyday people think about this, because once its gone i can never get it back.

To your first question, yes, I have. Before I lost my virginity though, the reason I hadn't done it was because I didn't love anyone like that, and I wasn't positive about it. It took me a while to get the courage to do so.

After I lost my virginity though, I regretted it. I will say that much. However, time went on & I kept thinking about it. Now, I don't regret it so much. I really did love that guy, and now that he's gone [he's passed], I miss him & I'm glad that I got ti give him my virginity while he had such a short time left. Nobody knew he was going to go, but I'm happy I got to share that with him.

Honestly, sex is a big decision & a huge deal. It's good you're taking the time to think about this & that's exactly what you should be doing. Just remember that if you're questioning sex, you're more than likely not ready & when you do finally decide you're ready, please use birth control & condoms. I mean, no child is a mistake, but you still shouldn't have them unwanted, ya know?

I honestly see it like this:

Your boyfriend is with you. If he didn't want to be with you, he wouldn't be. If you don't want to be with someone, you more than likely end up cheating. The fact that he's stayed with you this long should show he's changed or is at least trying to.

You might not be able to trust him, & it could be hard to, BUT people do talk a ton of shit so you shouldn't take anything they say into consideration unless they're really close to you & know what the fuck they're talking about. So honestly, consider who you're hearing this from & then think about it.

Mid September was my last period.
I am not pregnant, as i took a test.
what do you think may be causing this or wrong with me? I have regular periods so this is starting to worry me a bit.
I take Cymbalta and Trazodone but it hasn't affected it, so i dont think that's it. Is there suggestions you guys have as what to do or what may be wrong?

Which plan are you on? Are you with Verizon, Cingular, Sprint or T-Mobile?

I don't really know phones for Sprint since they suck at life, but I love the other 3, so I can get you some good phones. Also, I don't know your pricerange so I'm sorry if the phones I list are expensive.

T-Mobile:
- Every Sidekick. [ 1, 2, 3, ID, & XZ or whatever the hell ]

Verizon:
- There's some phone that flips up twice. I'm not sure what it's called, but it's pretty spiffy.
- En-V.
- Juke.

Cingular:
- Blackberry Pearl.
- Blackjack.

Phones like that are really high-tech & easy to use for texting [I'm not sure if you're big on texting]. Not only that, but they're kind of small & really don't take up much space in your purse. They're all really nice phones, and if I was on T-Mobile or Verizon, I'd probably have a Sidekick, the phone that flips up twice, or the En-V. For now, I'm stuck with a crappy Razr from Cingular.

Uh, if you don't know what those phones look like, it's best to search the websites & see what you can find.

Just because he's a guy doesn't mean anything. Rules shmules. If he likes you, it doesn't necessarily mean he has to ask you out. Girls can ask people out to, it doesn't always have to be the guy.

He's probably just shy around you now. He knows how you feel & he wants to make a move, but doesn't know how to make it, or doesn't know what to say. Guys can be just as shy as girls, so maybe you should ask him out. It could take a lot off of his shoulders, and I'm sure he'd say yes.

You play different sports for 6 days of the week, which leaves you one day of relaxation. Your body is probably in good shape considering you're tall & you don't weigh much.
