ok. i am 13. 132 lbs, five foot 6.5. i play soccer and basketball and have a 2 hour workout (practices and games)6 days a week. what is a good way i can lose weight? (specific food plans would be appreciated) thanks :)
Rosie2000 answered Sunday November 4 2007, 1:12 pm: Yeah. im really agreeing with all the other people that have replied. i dont think that you need to loose weight. and at your age your body is going to be changing SO much your going to need all the rest and foods you can get. although nobody really should be eating junk foods, salts, and tons of processed foods.. try to just eat healthy and your body will know what to do. You play different sports for 6 days of the week, which leaves you one day of relaxation. Your body is probably in good shape considering you're tall & you don't weigh much.
bLue_in_tHe_faCe answered Saturday November 3 2007, 11:50 pm: Honestly, you are probably a great, healthy weight. I doubt you need to loose a pound. Plus.. your only 13 and shouldnt worry about it. Buttt.. if you really want, try to cut out sweets/junk food/fast food/pop. THat's a big step for most kids and can make a difference. You already have 2 hours of workout so you do need about 2000 calories a day, espically that your still growing. Try getting in all your fruits and veggies and protein.
