Okay, this is my third day using tampons and their great. But last night I found out I just stopped and it was my second day. It was the same with today. I'm like 99% sure that I took every tampon out. I came to a close encounter with almost forgetting one, but I didn't. That was only the first time that happened. Well tampons can sometimes cause you to stop your period.. try wearing a pad for like an hour or less so your flow can start up again then you can put a tampon back in.. also the pains arent normal so id suggest maybe seein a doctor if it gets too painful or if they dont stop.. ♥ Dez
