advice
Ok well i'm 13 and i was getting to know this girl. She just broke up with her bf. And she told me that she liked me. C the thing is i didn't know her that well and i started to try and talk to her more. I was starting to like her but i've only seen her once and only talk to her online. But i started to like her. Only i just started talkin to her 4 days ago. So i told her that i wasn't gonna ask her out until i got to know her better. The problem is now she's goin out with another guy. Is there somthin wrong with me should i have asked her out?

Of course there's nothing wrong with you! You did the right thing. If you didn't know her and wouldn't feel comfortable if you were with her, then you're better off by not asking her out. It's her loss if she won't go out with you. Maybe she still likes you and is trying to make you jealous so you realize that you should've asked her out. But just let it go and find someone else who is worth your time.
P.S. maybe you and her could just be friends for now, if you still really like her and she still likes you. This way you can get to know her better, but not feel so pressured to making a commitment.

my friend pat just told me my friend jessica hates me. she hates me cuz i told pat something she did while she was sleeping over my house. well pat says she was so mad she was swearing and stuff. i feel really bad and want to call and say sorry but pat says she will probably yell at me and hang up. whenever jessica and i have fights they are usually easily resolved, and im hoping pat is exaggerating, he does a lot. im mad that pat told jessica he knew, but i know im mostly to blame. so what should i do now? please help me, i hate losing friends :(
Tell Jessica that she has every right to be mad at you, sincerely apologize, and you are extremely sorry. She may be still really angry but just give her a little time (and maybe a little present =). A card and some candy, maybe?).

Makeup: Use a big brush to apply light-colored, translucent powder all over your face (available at Target). Blend a soft, neutral color over your eyelid up to your eyebrows (peachy color or light apricot). Apply a light pink blush color (using a blush brush) along cheekbones, and apply a little bit of brown mascara on you eyelashes, and put vaseline on your lips.
Clothes: Jeans or dark green pants with a cute matching tee or one of those sleeveless turtlenecks OR those cute johnny collar polo shirts =)

Wow, how creepy! There's no need to be feeling protective with him, since he's being rude already. Just tell him to stop following you around. If he keeps doing it, tell an adult (it won't be cowardly, it helps).

How do i overcome my shyness? Im like really shy around people i don’t know but once i get to know em im not what do i do? I don’t wanna be like this well at least this shy cuz people judge me.
Shyness can easily be mistaken for unfriendliness. People you are unfamiliar with don't know you either, and if they are trying to talk to you, it means they want to get to know you, so look them in the eye, react to what they're telling you, and be friendly and nice!
I am 16 years old weigh 115 lbs and im 5'4". Well I was trying on homecomming dresses at my friends house But every dress I tried on I felt soooo fat or shall I say I LOOKED so fat! I was about to cry but I couldnt cry infront of everyone. Homecomming is in about 1 month and a half away. Should I go on a diet or should I just tell my friends I cant go. My friends would be sooo mad at me if they find out im not going because I never been to a dance before. Its NOT as easy as you think it is. I been thinking about it day in and day out. I wish I could just accept that im fat! Do you know any good diets?!? Thank you sooo much
If you are 16 years old and you are 115 pounds, you really aren't fat. Infact, you are right around the average weight of most healthy 16-year-olds (avg weight, 120 lbs.). But if you wish to diet, all there is to it is to eat healthy fruits, vegetables, meats, and if you run everyday for 30 minutes that would be helpful. Cut down on the junk food, and most of all, have confidence in yourself and don't let other people make you think you are fat, because you aren't!
in the past weeks since schools started..theres been this guy and his friends that have been hanging around my locker..and well this guy came up to me one day and asked me for my name...and well...we kinda talked like once in a while in the hall way..but today..he asked me for my number..ah so i gave it to him...1 problem..i have a boyfriend..and well this guy is really awsome..and so is my boyfriend, and i just dont know what to do..about this guy...idk i think i kinda have feelings for him but idk i jsut really dont know what to do...
Maybe this new dude just wants to be good friends with you. Or maybe not. Anyway, just go with the flow and see where you and you new friend's relationship is heading. If it's going farther than you wanted, inform him that you have a boyfriend, but you really think of him as a very, very good friend. Or, if you're really into this new guy, go steady with him. But whatever you do, don't be a two timer. Otherwise if both of the boys find out, they'll both be mad at you, and you'll end up with nothing.

It really depends on the place you are going to. If it's a nice place, then wear a skirt with a sleeveless turtle neck or johnny collar T-shirt. If it's casual, go for the old jeans and a tank top look. Don't overdose on the makeup either, just go easy and don't foget to be yourself! Good luck and carry on!
