Take some tylonel, advil, motrion, etc. It'll help the pain a little bit! But only the dentist can make it much better. ♥

im am 13 i havent gotten im period and im afraid it will happen at the most embarrassing time like in class or something. i went to the doctor and she said that she etimated it would happen when im 17 but im scared that it will start and i wont knwo and ill be really embarrased :-(

Your doctor could be right becaues I know people that didn't start until they were 16 or 17 or even older. Consider yourself lucky though- you don't have to deal with the cramps & PMS! Anyway, don't be embarrassed or scared, every girl goes through this in their life and you'll be fine. A way to be safe if you start in school is to take a pad or tampon in your purse everyday, so that way you'll always be prepared. ♥

You could blow-dry it & it would be straight and wouldn't take very long at all. But you could also scrunch it, wear it up in a ponytail, or messy bun! ♥

i've tried many products and used the coldest of water but my hair is ALWAYS FRIZZY. it's very thick and curly and i don't want to cut it..how can i make it look healhty and smooth but GET RID OF THE FRIZZ! will rate high!!

I don't know if you've tried this product yet, but John Frieda has a lot of things that works good with frizzy hair. One thing is the Frizz Ease shampoo & although I've never tried it, I'm sure it works great. I have used the Frizz Ease hair serum before though & it did wonders on my hair. So try them out! ♥

No, do not shave your face. That'd be the worst mistake in your life! It's normal to have little hairs on your face.. but if it really bothers you or there's like more than normal- get it waxed off or use one of those home bleaching facial kits. ♥

I had my period for two years not and it still doesnt come every month. Like when i do sports i never have it but over the summer i have. Is this normal? Im a 14/f. Yeah, it's normal. I don't think you have anything to worry about. I know people that have had it for many years & it still doesn't come every month. It just depends on your body & such. Plus, you being athletic makes it come less as well.
